Some people swear by keto, and love it.....but it's defnitely not for me. I've tried it in the past, and it drastically affected my performance in the gym and I felt like shit all the time with no energy. I was flat all the time, couldn't get a good pump, and the fat loss was no better than my traditional diet in a defecit
