Some people swear by keto, and love it.....but it's defnitely not for me. I've tried it in the past, and it drastically affected my performance in the gym and I felt like shit all the time with no energy. I was flat all the time, couldn't get a good pump, and the fat loss was no better than my traditional diet in a defecit

Dylan, I am now re-thinking Anavar to start with as a newbie and considering trying SARMS. My primary goal is to get lean and muscular (like most women), and am scared shitless to be taking anything. I am a personal trainer and own a very popular functional training facility...so my bod can't get too crazy looking. I do everything the grassroots way but I want to look better than I do and no matter how much I manipulate my diet and stack the plates and weights, I get minimal changes. I have no one to go to for fear of exposure and being seen as a "sellout." What are you recommendations for a 43 yr experienced lifter with 25% BF weighing 165lbs.

1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

That is a very wise move. You can't go wrong with sarms, especially as a female. They are just so effective and safe for females, and that's why they've become the go to for many women.

Any other dosing options that require 3 hour intervals? I can definitely do dosing twice a day, my schedule will make it challenging to dose every 3 hours. Also, any forums I can visit and read about women's experience on SARMS? Most of what I am reading is about women on Anavar and loving it.

Read here. This is a forum. I have logged my experience with this exact stack. Gamergirl has one she is logging. There have been a few more logs here. For additional info on sarms we provided you links in the other thread you made.
Sr9009 speeds up metabolism, and is great for fat loss and increasing endurance. It had to be dosed so frequently because it has a short half life. If you cannot dose it as suggested you can leave it out of the stack. I personally love the sr.

Sr9009 is the only one that requires frequent dosing because of the short half life.

you can drop the sr9009, not a problem at all.. you can just go with the others listed and not worry about sr... it is still an extremely strong cycle! there's several female logs on here... just use the search bar and you will have no trouble finding plenty of female experiences...

running this stack for two weeks now, no vision sides from the s4, then again i dont know if it even kicked in, i feel no difference. feeling depressed ? could it be the osta? gw always makes me feel the best when i take pre workout, on non work out days when i dose it in the a.m i feel tired and moody. diet is on point, 40% p 40%carbs 20% fat , cleanest diet i even ran. no weigh loss at all, actually gained weight? how long more till s4 and osta kick in?

I'm a 50+ female competitor on my 3rd SARMS cycle and can defiantly attest to the gains I have made using the triple stack. Great for lean builds so you will be happy with the results. Always remember to stick to your diet be it leaning out or building.

are you sure you are dosing it correctly? this is quite strange and not anything that is ever seen... you may want to up your protein a bit and lower your carbs... more lie 55 protein, 35 carbs and 15 fats... are you doing cardio?

I'll make adjustments to the diet.
I run 2 miles a day ( HIIT )( minute walk, minute fast run)and I have a very active job (parks and recreation )
I don't understand, I thought I would be feeling something by now , I've read osta takes 3 weeks to really start working, don't know about the s4. The only one I can honestly say I notice is the gw pre workout. Also taking a diet pill (hydroxycut) for the energy , drinking at least 2 gallons of water a day, no sugar or processed foods
Only eating oatmeal, blueberries , veggies, chicken, sweet potatoes and brown rice, protein shakes post workouts.
I was at 208 when I started coming off a keto diet ( went from 224-208) right now I'm 212-213 ?

Honestly I'm not sure what you're expecting...lol....not everyone gets the s4 vision sides and I only got them 2.5 to 3 weeks in...yeah I felt good like just overall, but you're not going to see results all like that. I honestly stayed off the scale...I gained lbs, however I tremendously dropped in body fat, my best results peaked in by increasing on weights and taking photos/measurements. I seen the best change in my body in about week 5 and on up.
This is why you are recommended a 12 week stack. Did you do precycle bloods?

im expecting to feel something...its been two weeks on the s4...as far as results i know its a 12 week cycle and ill asset that then, no blood work done. monday im jumping up to 60mg a day on the s4 for a week or so then hopefully jumping to 70. i felt like shit today, i dont know i feel like its the ostas but who knows, lacking energy during the day, but soon after taking gw and getting to the gym i feel great. non workout days that i take gw in the a.m i feel tired and sluggish all day long...
