Sarmsx ostarine & s4 cycle log.

Stats: 6"1 34yo 106kg ( 233lbs )
Going to run sarmsx Ostarine 25mg am and S4 25mg am & 25mg pm over 12 weeks.

When i turned 30 i was diagnosed with type 1 Bipolar Disorder and since then i have been placed on 2 medications at high doses to help treat my condition. Both meds drastically increase appetite and leaving you feeling lethargic alot of the time.

Recently i had bloodwork done and the doc told me my testosterone levels were very low. Almost at the point of needing trt.

Another side effect from the meds.

Using Ostarine has helped alot with my libido/mood/body composition etc.

Just one last thing. I reckon you should get your body fat down before a recomp so say s4,mk2866, sr and gw..but at the end of the day it's up to you.

Definetly would run gw again. I would like to be alot leaner too. Ive been considering eating below maintenance cals for a few weeks then upping cals to maintenance levels later in the cycle depending on how im looking.

That stack is an awesome combo bro, but honestly my best recommendation to you at this point is to concentrate more on getting your bodyfat down than anything, and structuring your diet and training that way. I would highly recommend adding in GW and SR9009 from www.sarmsx.com to your stack to accomplish this

Here is how the layout would look

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

That looks like a great stack bro, i will look at doing something like this prior to summer ( i live in Australia ).

For now i will just stick to Ostarine and S4.
In saying that should i still use that same pct protocol you mentioned?

Just to clarify is that 50mg Clomid a day for one week then 25mg a day for 3weeks?
 
First Training Sesh today.

I was on holidays for a week and got home last friday night.
Took a dose of both sarms friday night and unfortunately got sick over the weekend and did not train.

Had a leg Sesh this morning. Still not 100% but got through the sesh ok.

Training will be the following - Legday + 20mins L.I.S.S cardio , Pushday (Chest, delts, Tris) + 20mins L.I.S.S cardio,

Pullday (Back, biceps, abs) + 20mins L.I.S.S cardio.

I will gradually bump up the cardio as the weeks progress and H.I.I.T once a week aswell.

Diet will be starting at 3000 cals with a 40%carb 30%pro 30%fat split.

Nice start bro. I'd recommend switching your macros up a bit. Raise the protein and drop the carbs and fats a little more. I'd go 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat

Tommorow will be 3 weeks on Ostarine and S4. What can I say.....I'm loving this combo already.
Diet has been consistent however due to the 20%+ strength increases in every lift (legs & Back even more)
I'm struggling to keep to my goal of 3000(maintenance cals.)
No vision sides from the s4 either which is sweet. (50mg per day).

Nice update man.. It gets better and better. It's still pretty early in your cycle so prepare for even better results.

thanks for the update bro... you need to work on eating more fiber during the day and curbing your appetite... have a tea in the morning as well with a grapefruit... trust me, it will help... make sure to have veggies at certain points of the day... afternoon or when your the hungriest... they also make you feel quite full or start your day with oatmeal... that definitely works... its all mental... you just have to be mentally strong...

Thanks for the feedback bro, i have been eating carbs that are high in fibre aswell as using a fibre supplement. Also having the occasional green tea to help keep full. I have a high caffeine tolerance so i take 600mg - 1000mg in the am prior to training so that helps alot as an appetite suppressant through the day. I take one of my medications for my bi polar before bed and this drives my hunger thru the roof..just bought some more wpc so ill just have a shake through the middle of the night.

im really shocked that the more coffee you drink that its actually helping because generally its the adverse... normal amounts of caffeine will tend to suppress your appetite but when you start increasing, it tends to work against you and actually induce your appetite...
