Ostarine for patellar/quad tendinopathy

Hey y’all, first post here, 10 months ago I tore my left quad slightly and was told both my knees have quad/patellar tendinopathy and since then both my knees have been in gnarly pain basically everyday with normal tasks , I’ve done everything I can went to every doctor etc. little improvement since then and still in pain to this day. I got Ostarine to maybe help the healing process but didn’t wanna mess with my hormones but now I’m definitely considering it because I’m trying to make the 2024 Olympics and need every second I can get. Does anyone have any experience with tendinopathy and sarms, and could anyone give advice to this injury/situation. Thanks

The thing is I only do 20 mins of exercises for my lower body, there’s not much to recover from… I can barely workout from the pain and I just wonder if it’s a good idea to mess with this while I can’t even work out.
 
injuries are part of the game. one of the most overlooked things about pro sports or athletics is LUCK when it comes to avoiding injuries

also the quality of doctors that pros have access to vs. us is huge. they can repair the injury via surgery and have you back in months.
