NM Transformation Log

Just added my pictures and updated my starting weight as of yesterday morning. Sarms are arriving this evening so I will start my cycle tomorrow. After this weekend of eating like a pig for my girls birthday I'm excited to get back to my diet and see what these Sarms can do!

Sounds good bro. Time to dial it in and get focused.!

What’s up everyone.

A little background information about me. I have been in the gym on a regular basis for the past year and a half or so. I have really started to understand the importance of diet over the past 6 months and have really gotten a good understanding after joining this forum. Prior to going to the gym I was a scrawny skateboard rat (still pretty scrawny lol). I started when I was 13 and that pretty much ruled my life until I was 22-23. When I got to be 22-23 the lifestyle of constantly skating, partying, no sleep, drugs started to catch up to me and after a series of broken bones I had to admit skating wasn’t going to be a career for me. I’ve gone back to school since then, quit my drug use though I still have a few drinks time to time, and got into the gym. I still skate from time to time but school/work/the gym take up most of my time. For any of you wondering about my username no I am not actually narcissistic lol, it’s just a username I have adopted for most things as in this day and age it seems if you understand your self-worth and don’t let people walk all over you, you are immediately labeled as a narcissist. So why not just play along lol.

For this 12 week stretch I will be cutting. I was initially going to run the sarmsx enhanced super stack but have since decided to go with the cutting stack instead. I figured since this is my first run with sarms or any PED besides a shitty non-methylated pro hormone, I should just get my feet wet to see how I my body reacts/responds.

Current Stats:
Age: 25
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 155.5lb
BF: 18%

Goal:
Weight: We’ll see, idk how much I’ll lose since the sarms are really good at preventing muscle breakdown and I might even gain some lean muscle mass after what I’ve seen from other guys logs on here.
BF: 10%

I am currently at 1950 calories with my F/C/P ration at 15/30/55. I started at 160lb a couple weeks ago and have already dropped to 156lb even though I haven’t completely dialed in my diet yet. Out of the past couple weeks I would say I hit my diet goals 5-6 days out of each week. This has to do with the fact I had a concert and it was my girl’s birthday so there was some unplanned drinking and eating out involved. I also serve once a week right now at a higher end restaurant and it’s hard for me to get all my calories in because I can’t exactly whip out a prepped meal while I’m hanging out at the servers stand (for some reason it is looked down upon when you are stuffing your face in front of paying customers lol).

My workout routine will look like this:
Sunday: Core/Cardio
Monday: Chest/Tri/Cardio
Tuesday: Back/Bi/Cardio
Wednesday: Legs/Core
Thursday: Shoulders/Arms/Cardio
Friday: Off
Saturday: Cardio

Workouts will consist of one compound movement per muscle group so I can gauge my progress week to week along with 3-4 other isolation exercises. Cardio will be 30-45 minutes of steady state.
In my log I will most likely focus on my workouts since my diet, which I will post below, will not change significantly day to day, week to week. I will however post any significant changes in my diet as I go through these 12 weeks whether it is food changes or caloric changes.

Hey bro, nice detailed log. Looking forward to following your 12 week transformation!

Looks like you have a solid meal plan setup there and an overall great understanding of how to structure one as well. Also, good to see you are structuring your workout around compound lifts and using those lifts to judge progress. A big mistake I used to make was that I would start changing my workout routine during a cut. This made monitoring progress/strength difficult.

Thank you everyone for the support!

I hit chest today and have really started to see an increase in strength now that I am applying the progressive overload principal. Last week for flat bench dumbell press I hit 4 sets that looked like this: reps/weight: 10/35,10/35,10/40,7/40. This week I was able to hit 10/35,10/40,10/40,10/40. Next week I'll be going for the 45's for at least one set. I am really looking forward to what I can do once I start dosing GW and S4. I have been prone to shoulder pain in the past so I will definitely be taking it slow to prevent injury but I will definitely be looking to push myself.

You are going to like the GW and S4 combo bro. Way to go on your lifts. Ya, progressive overload is important for growth. Just remember on the flat bench/incline presses to keep your scapula retracted and don't flare your elbows. I hurt my shoulder when I was a noob by not adhering to one or both of those.

Noted, I recently read about this and have been really focusing on form. I had lowered the weight I was using last month just to focus on all around form with all my lifts and it has helped a great deal when uping the weight to where I am now.

You are totally correct, form is everything. Otherwise you are just moving the weight, instead of working the selected muscle. Put your mind to it & you'll see big improvements. Following...

Sarms came in yesterday afternoon. Just did my first 25mg dose of S4 before my smoothie. Wow a lot of you guys were not kidding about the taste but honestly I've had bottom shelf liquor straight that tasted worse lol. Gonna be dosing GW soon and then it will be off to the gym for back/bi.

That's one awesome looking stack right there bro!

Just got back from the gym. Definitely noticed an increase in endurance from the GW. I do 30 minutes of cardio right after I lift and normally get really tired about 15 minutes in but felt like I could have gone for another 30 minutes after my initial 30.

These are what my lifts looked like today:

Reps/Weight
Deadlift warm up - 2 sets (10/115,10/135)
Deadlift - 4 set (10/155,10/165,10/185,10/185) Shooting for a set of 200 by next week.
WG Lat pulldown - 4 sets (10/100,10/105,10/110,7/120)
Hammer Strength mts bicep curl - 4 sets (10/40,10/40,10/40,10/40)
Standing DB row - 4 sets (10/35,10/35,10/35,10/40) I really try to hold my squeeze on these for 3-5 seconds.
Reverse grip straight bar curl - 4 sets (10/40,10/40,10/40,7/50)
Low pulley row - 4 sets (10/105,10/110,10/110,10/110)
Seated fit grip curl - 4 sets (10/15,10/15,10/15,8/15) Just got these and definitely had to go lighter on the weight. The burn in my forearms was amazing.

Overall weight and/or reps is up for every lift vs last week.

Now that's a stack! You'll quickly get accustomed to the taste, taste of gains! Especially that gw, love the stuff.

Switched up my meals a little bit this week. Getting a little sick of eating quinoa every meal so I added in red skin potatoes and sweet potatoes. Also added in brusell sprouts.
