are you taking cycle assist?

also Stress can be a factor in BP, make sure you stay relaxed, maybe take some time in sauna or epsom salt baths, etc. dont get stressed..

Thanks man! Yes, I'm taking Cycle Assist, Tudca and C0Q10. So I have my bases covered there. I WISH I had a sauna or hot tub. Someday maybe. I have worked a high stress job for 17 years, but I'm used to it by now and it doesn't really affect me like it use to. And my BP is perfectly fine when not on cycle, so I'm hoping that the AI increase this week helps address the problem. I'm also headed to the store to get some Dandelion Root. I'll be taking my BP every morning this week. As of this morning it was 132/84. Still pretty high.

yeah thats a little elevated..

hopefully the extra AI deals with it then man, how long left on TBOL?
 
You seem pretty mellow so that would help with the stress part. I think you'll be fine with a little monitoring in combination with the advice given earlier by our brothers above.

alright man. i was looking at your chart, and you are almost 10 lbs heavier, so that also may have an effect on BP
 
seeing you up nearly 10 lbs. with practically the same waist is very nice work bro... keep focused, get some more size and get that waist down to where it was... you can do it
 
He has been hitting it hard. You're probably right...well it's that or the Viagra has him locked up in the bedroom with better things to do.

Yeah, that or cialis. I think he jumped on as a precaution for his elevating BP. I believe on another thread he mentioned limping in after his wife's bday weekend. Lucky bastard.

He may be on vacation or something, or may have had trouble getting to this site for some reason after the move to the new domain. Hopefully all is good and we will hear from him soon

yeah im sure hes fine and he still getting swole. if anyone has contact info they could let him know about new website, maybe he didnt get the notice for some reason
 
Good point Rick. Come to think of it, he may have mentioned going on vaca.

Hey guys!! Yes, I was out of town for several days. Then when I got back the website address had changed. :) I'm back now and all is well. I will provide a full update tomorrow. I was off of my diet for a couple days while on vacation, so I need to get extra serious this week to make up for it. But my wife and I had a great time. Oh also, I was only on Viagra/Cialis for a couple days due to the blood pressure issues. Once I raised my AI dose to ED it took care of the issue, so I'm not on the viagra anymore. But it was definitely fun!
