1-12 Mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
3-14 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
3-14 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.

· Caught that hacking cough, jack up my workouts
· 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] Pin Thursday morning
· Started getting Night sweats, (not sure if fromhacking cough)
· Pushed through workouts over the weekend to makeup for lost time
Week 2 (3-20-17)
· Still dealing with this hacking cough
· Night sweats are worse
· Had a good week working out
Week 3 (3-27-17)
· S4 split dose ed,
· GW ed
· Hacking cough getting better
· Night Sweats tapering off
· Started to see small changes in body comp towardend of week
Week 4 (4-3-17)
· Cough is lingering
· Night sweats not as bad, still get hot at night
· S4 vision sides, no yellow but eye adjustmentlight to dark
· Noticing Strength increase
· Feels like I put on a little mass, look a lilbit bigger in mirror, waist is smaller
· Another great week of workouts
· Pins going well, smooth with no issues.
· Looking forward to upcoming weeks, Increasing the weight
So far so good. I am getting tired somewhat a couple hours after I workout which is typically at lunch.
