Yeah, I hardly ever have any problems with soreness, but I've switched my training to lots of TUT, and using movements that really engage the muscle, boy does that make a difference. Yeah I understand the want to always bulk up haha. I've learned thankfully. My body responds well to periods of fluctuation. 12-16 week bulks, followed by 6-8 week mini cuts depending on how much BF I accumulate during the bulk. Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to be on a continuous bulk without gaining more fat at a certain point, unless of course you're on something.
