If you can grab some Glucosamine/Chondroitin with MSM (Methyl sulfo methane!) This is good to help add lubricating fluid to the synovial fluid of your joints.
*(i am right in the middle of my blast)
So I sprained my left wrist yesterday and I can move it front and back but can not supinate or pronate or move it sideways....dr. agrees with me tht it's just a tendon or ligament and has prescribed me a splint/brace to wear for the next week or so .....what should I do as far as the gym goes????
It's not a big deal. Just work around it bro. I had my hand splinted 3 years ago when I had tendon surgery for over 6 weeks. I still lifted....did a lot of leg work, and did exercises that did not involve using hands like pec deck flyes, using ab slings for pull-ups, and the lateral raise machine with pads (like flyes). I even out the ab slings on the cable station and curled with them. I learned to improvise and it worked well.
For you it's only a week so it's not a big deal. You should be deload ing your body every so often anyways. I take a full week off the gym every 3-4 months and it benefits my gains and body greatly. I'll be taking another full week off in 4 weeks. When I go back to it my body just responds like crazy and I gain big time.

i know that "looks" bad ass bro but its very very stupid to do that honestly... clearly he had an issue there and doing that is only going to prolong it... its honestly very very stupid to do that and we have all learned the hard way doing that except when i learn the hard way, i dont go back and do it again... i never forget the lesson
