You never ever run HCG in PCT bro. That's one of the worst things you could do. It becomes entirely counterproductive to recovery.
So you want to cut fat before your cycle? Thats probably a good idea considering you are at 15% now. Up until your cycle starts I would run a sarms stack to help you cut the fat
