GW and Osta log

Another quick update for everyone. 2 days on sunday marks one month on for this cut and its going well. I've been on the carnivore diet for 9 days, I've lost 8 pounds mostly water weight and I actually feel incredibly well. My strength has decreased some from the switch but its nothing for me to worry about at the moment.

I also got in contact with sarms4sale support about my bottles not being 30ml and I was told that the dropper caps after being opened don't seal properly and I was experiencing evap of the alchohol. But they are sending 2 new bottles with the new caps on them to stop that from happening. Which is awesome and I'm super happy to be doing business with them.

I have been getting compliments on the muscle gains I'm seeing. Mostly that my arms are growing and becoming more defined. Just more fuel to the motivation fire.
 
BCAA can help with your recovery. Make sure you are getting at least 1 gallon of water in everyday. If you sweat a lot push it up to 1.5 gallons daily.
I?m not a big fan of adding salt. Just my opinion. At least you know the body is freaking out. That?s because you are doing great things. Keep up the hard work.

I missed the one month update so it will be one month and 2 days haha so everything is still going good. Still lifting the rubber bands and my weight is now down to 247 which is good. Wish i could hit up a gym though. Its tough right now but need to keep pushing through.
Hopefully month 2 is better and i keep gaining.

Stick with it man. We are all struggling waiting for gyms to open up again so take this time to experiment with your training and diet. It can be refreshing to try out different things and get creative.

Well said brother. Fitness is a marathon not a sprint. We hear that cliche all the time but it is absolutely true. You don't see guys get fat overnight and it isnt overnight that we can get in great shape. The key is to keep pushing forward one small step at a time.
 
Texas got word from the governor that gyms should be allowed to reopen mid may. Which makes me happy so I can get back to work. But until then I'm still lifting the bands, still seeing results. And everything is going good. Have lots of time to do stuff around the house thats been neglected. Loving the osta and cardarine from sarms4sale. No side effects and noticeable gains is amazing. Really ready to hit the gym hard and put it through its paces.

Will give another update soon but everythings good over here.
 
Weekend update for everyone. Going to be another hot one in West Texas. Have 2 100 degree days in a row. So that means we smoke brisket. All meat diet is still going good. In terms of the scale I'm almost at 245 but i can tell I'm loosing inches. Stomach is getting noticeably smaller which is always good. Ready for that sweet gym to open up just like everyone else. I'll be hitting my 2nd month on cycle here in a few weeks. Hopefully everything will look good!

The gyms will be open right before my 2 months on cycle so that will give me 4 weeks to really put in some work. So May 18th is the magical day and I have a lot planned. I'm most looking forward to lifting again. But getting back on cardio and putting the cardarine to work is also gonna be fun. I'm planning on getting on the ole peloton and holding a hr of 150-160 for as long as i can which equates to about 78-83% of my max hr. My last go around with cardarine i went for an hour straight at 150 just because I could. But thats been a while.

Nothing new to report yet but this last month should be legendary.
 
Another quick update as I have hit 2 months on and one month to go. Back in the gym and ready to really lay down the work for the last month. The cardarine is still amazing and cardio is easy af. Could go for hours if I had the patience to haha. Everything is sore and it feels good so I'm giving it my all for the best results.
