Im sitting here think of what to write not sure how to introduce myself to a celebrity ;) You are the primary reason I overcame my fear and judgements on steroid and other supplementation use. I caught TRT treatment and I feel fucking great. As of almost a month I've been on 120mg/week test cyp with AI and HCG all Dr prescribed. My Dr. and I are going to go over an increase to 200mg/ week, something this week. He's cool and open minded.

My stats;

35 yrs old
10% Body fat
180 lbs
Bloods represent that I eat super clean and I don't touch alcohol and I can't remember the last time I took a prescription drug (besides the TRT!)
I train everyday for about 1.30 - 2hrs and love it.

So my interest is in two items...

A) WG501516 for the endurance and fat loss. Id really like to be 4-5% at 190lbs

I have a source for this but your recommended source from the video doesn't exist anymore?

B) Cycling Primo for 16 - 20 weeks because I really want to try it.

Im a bit lost as to the dosing on the Primo while on TRT. Im was thinking 300mg/week by (2) 150mg injections

Any guidance or opinions would be great valued.

Hey bro, I'm assuming this is your first cycle? If so, I would highly recommend just going with a sarms stack added to your trt and not going with primo just yet. For your goals it's going to be the absolute best option for you. You'll gain lean mass and strength, while losing bodyfat and sending your endurance through the roof

There is one source for sarms that we recommend here, and they are the best of the best. It's really the only source I would trust fir sarms. Can't go wrong with www.sarmsx.com

Your full protocol added to your trt will look like this

1-12 MK2866 25mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg pm

Always take them straight. DO NOT mix them in anything. You can chase it afterwards with something if you wish

Why was my isarms GW all clumpy and filled with particulate matter?
You should always shake your sarms befire every use to redistribute the compound in the suspension

what is your main goal from the cycle? how many cycles have you ran in the past? i can set you up a very nice cycle but primo may not even be necessary... i need more info on what your trying to accomplish...

This is my virgin cycle. I'm currently on 160mg test cyp (Doctor TRT with HCG and AI). Serostim at 3iu/day.

240-270g protein/day

Carbs not sure. Mostly 1 cup oatmeal/day

About 3,000 calories

Clean food only and zero alcohol

Goals;

Gain 35-45% strength on the big 3

Sprint faster

Gain 6-10lbs

Get to 5-6% Body fat (shredded)

Gaining strentgh and weight while leaning is doable but not 5 percent thats very lean even on high doses of tren I loose weight getting below 8 percent when Im in contest prep and one cup of oats is a little low on the carbs if gains are in you sights thats almost keto and thats fine for getting shredded but you will be hard pressed too gain weight and strentgh . if I was you I would center your diet more around recomp at least 150 grams of carbs and track body composition weekly if your getting leaner and weight doesnt change stay the same if you get leaner but loose weight add carbs if body fat increases lower carbs till you find that spot where weight either stays or slighty increases as you get leaner and stronger .
