Gaining strentgh and weight while leaning is doable but not 5 percent thats very lean even on high doses of tren I loose weight getting below 8 percent when Im in contest prep and one cup of oats is a little low on the carbs if gains are in you sights thats almost keto and thats fine for getting shredded but you will be hard pressed too gain weight and strentgh . if I was you I would center your diet more around recomp at least 150 grams of carbs and track body composition weekly if your getting leaner and weight doesnt change stay the same if you get leaner but loose weight add carbs if body fat increases lower carbs till you find that spot where weight either stays or slighty increases as you get leaner and stronger .

Yah gaining the weight and strength are my first priority. At some point I want to see what wearing 5% feels like!

5% is no joke. It takes a LOT of discipline on both diet and training, but you certainly have the right cycle to aid you towards that goal

Hey there. I'm late to this conversation but I just wanted to welcome you. I think that this is your first post. The stack that Dylan laid out is a dream stack. It really is perfect for your goals. Because you are on trt and used to pinning and the way test and gh "feel", Primo would be OK. I wouldn't touch the harsh stuff yet. The cycle laid out is very safe, clean, and balanced.

Thanks guys. Now that I have a protocol laid out for me and most of the gear on the way, my only other obstacle is timing on the cycle and not interfering with my TRT blood tests.
