First testanon 250 cycle first shot ( 250 gm / 1 ml )

I need help,I just took testanon 250 only' on my LEFT shoulder on Monday, 1ml shot (250gm) & it's my first time ever taking any roids, I was thinking to run it 500mg a week, as you said on your sustanon 250 vlogs. Now problem is after taking my first shot now it's paining like HELL, I barely can move my shoulder, pretty sure can't work out properly.
Maybe is it because it's my virgin muscle? My next shot is on Thursday on RIGHT shoulder.

My Ques is -

1. Is it meant to pain like this OR only sust pains like this.

2. what can I do to get less pains?

3. Is first OR second shot is right taking on shoulder OR I should use Glute Muscle.

PS: I got shot from a doctor who use Steroids as well so his hands are steady. He used 3cc syringe. My goal is to shred some fat while put on some lean muscle mass.
 
I pin glute with ZERO pain using a 25g needle. I administer it slow and steady. Works great.

1. yes, virgin muscle will have some pretty nasty PIP for most people. It gets better after you inject more and your technique improves. Sust can have a little more bite too which is why I usually recommend a single long ester (C or E) for a first cycle.

2. What I like to do is shower before pinning. It seems to relax the muscles a bit. I also let the gear sit in warm water for about 10 minutes before pinning. It goes in smoother that way. You can try massaging the area after you pin as well.

3. The more sites you have the better. It will prevent scar tissue from building up quickly. I would rotate between butt cheeks and delts. Stay away from quads on a first cycle.
 
any time you pin virgin muscles this can happen... please dont call them roids man.. that sounds ridiculous

you always should be rotating sites as well... im not a fan of quads myself, there is little room for error... its best to start in your glutes...
