Considering a cycle to supplement moving forward and would appreciate any and all feedback.
Age: 31 Height: 6'1 Weight: 195 BF%: 15% Cycle Hx: none Goals: 5-10 lbs lean muscle
Training: 6 days/week last 4 mo, otherwise intermittent since mid-20s, no injuries/surgeries
Also run roughly 2 marathons a year, would dial back runs to 3-5 miles a day and maybe 5 days/week
Nutrition, no allergies:
Breakfast - 12 oz milk w/ 2 scoops protein
Lunch - varies
Dinner - 12 oz milk w/ 2 scoops protein
Fruits, bars mixed in between
Just over 1.5 g protein per kg
Supplements:
Wk 1-12 Euipoise 300 mg E3D + Test Enanthate 150 mg E3D
Wk 1-12 wks Aromasin, 12.5 mg, E3D
Plan to mail in bloodwork 3x (before, during, after)
