First off I am 39 5'7" 240 lbs compete and train strongman.I have never used anything before but over the count supplements. I am running a very basic cycle
350 mg sust 250 pin twice per week with an AI 12.5 every 3 or 4 days currently on my last week
Bench up 30 lbs
Deadlift up 50 lbs
Log press up 30 lbs
Strick press up 25lbs
Yoke walk up 125 lbs 800 total
Farmers walk up 25 lbs now 300 per hand total
So for the guys that say you need to run 500mg + on your first cycle with a bunch of other shit...walk away fast keep it simple......train hard eat right. See how your body responds hard to go down after you run a bunch of gear.
