Fat loss after injury

Hi

I recently have recovered from an injury, and had some 3 months off my feet as such i have put on about 10 kg mostly fat i would say.

My question is what SARM would be best for shedding fat and what would i stack it with to try and build some muscle back as well.

I have started training again now, 2 days hitt and 3/4 days weight training.

I'm 180cm tall, 80kg (was 70kg 3 months ago) 53 years young.
