as i always point out, when things go open to the public, i announce everything... instead of giving everyone updates as to what they tell me, its best to just wait until its announced because inevitably, delays often occur when places are first opening...

Moving forward! Cardio is still awesome can't really express how great it is except its a joy instead of a burden. Fat loss is a slow process but I can see changes daily in the mirror and I'm happy with that.

It's been a few days since I've posted but I've still been doing cardio like a madman. I just hope once I finish this Cardarine run I'll still be interested in doing cardio. I'm the leanest I've been in a long time and my diet is good but definitely not perfect. Excellent addition to any cycle or just to run solo.
