I'm trying to lose a lot of fat. 48%. I need to lose about 60 pounds before I qualify to be fat. Right now I'm obese type II.
I'm 39 m. 5'5". And been on frag for about 3 weeks now. Lost 8 lbs and generally losing fat all over. My belt is down 2 notches.
I noticed that I'm no longer hungry on frag. I used to be a snacker. I'd be nibbling on chocolate bars. Chips. Candy. Fries through the day. But when I started with frag. I noticed the craving was gonna from the first day. Now I could go a whole day or 2 without eating. Some days I'm fatigued but I just wait it out and it goes away.
I generally do not eat carbs. And If I eat it's protein and steamed vegetables
I'm happy that I'm losing weight but I'm wondering if not eating is dangerous while taking these peptides. Other than fatigue I have no issues so far.
I workout in the morning on empty stomach. I take 250 mcg of frag and head to gym. Do 45 minutes of cardio. And head to work.
Then I go again at 7 pm. 30 min cardio then weight training. I take another 250 frag before going and 300 mcg of ipamorelin
The latter was recommended to me by a coach to prevent muscle loss. But I noticed higher energy level. I'm less tired and I can go for longer time at the gym.
I'm considering adding cardarine and s4 as I read that it's a recommended fat loss stack.
My question is. Is it too much to take peptides and sarms at the same time ?
Should I keep sarms for later stages when I'm trying to get a very lean body? And just stick to frag and ipam for now?
Is taking all of this at the same time a good idea?
