Hope you doing well?! Sorry man, but I need a short advice - hope that's ok for you:
I'm thinking about to start my first cycle, here are my datas:
1,81m
87kg
BF ~ 12-14%
27 years old
I'm doing workout since 8-10 years
My goal is to get some more (defined) muscles.
Like +3kg...+4kg with an BF of 8%-10%.
I know the most are advising TestoE for an first cycle. But honestly I'm a little afraid about the sides - especial the possible hair loos. I love my hair and of course I wanna keep them. Fortunately I haven't had any hair loos yet. My hairs are thick as fu*k - like yours I guess
Furthermore I don't wanna grow 8kg or 10kg.
After I did a lot of research I prefer BoldeU ONLY for my first cycle (16-20 weeks 450mg/week).
Lean muscle grow and mild sides. As well as the hair loos won't be a problem.
...and I wanna gain (and hold) only 3kg anyway.
As well as it won't effect the sexual drive too much.
An BoldeU only cycle is also recommended in the "black book" and some other books/articles.
What do you think about it?
Of course I've checked already all of you're bolde vids on YouTube - I'm a subscriber.
I'm not a beginner in fitness - I have already a "not bad" body - but I'll be a beginner in juicing.
Or would be a lower Testo (TestoE 250mg e5d) for 16-20 weeks better to accomplish my goals?
