This morning I weighed in at 192... I will admit that I tend to overthink when it comes to weight gain so my instinct is to panic that I am gaining unwanted weight, which is obviously going to occur when you are talking about putting on 15 lbs in 4.5 weeks... HOWEVER, I am still pleased with how it is mainly quality... obviously i have to get to a certain point to really shred it down properly but it is showing to be very clean... My strength is through the roof and that just motivates me even more... I am waking up every morning just ready to get after it with cardio and in the gym... I can taste it every day... Here are some updated pics...

Still shredded bro. I'm the same way I started at 195, now I'm at 207 and I panic as well. Everything I eat I'm like how the fuck did I gain this much... especially really cleaning up my diet for my cycle. One I take measurements it all makes much more sense. You look great bro I'd kill to get my abs to be like that, keep it up my dude, you're killin the game.

fuck bro... i dont know... tell me this doesn't defy science... im LUCKY if i manage to get 2500 calories a day... my maintenance is SO HIGH because i do 75 minutes of cardio a day and my workout intensity is so extreme that the maintenance with what i burn is figured at 3800 at least... i burn almost 1200 calories alone on cardio and thats not even counting my weight training, having sex the way i do (which is a ridiculous workout) and then if i happen to swim that day... yet i've gained 15 pounds in 4 weeks... and you know how clean i eat... THIS is why i don't always rely on bull shit science because its a theory that clearly is not true for all... granted, ive always said i know how to do this i just DONT WANT that kind of size but if i wanted 205, i could have it in 2 more weeks but thats too fast to do it... im telling you bro, i respond to shit so crazy and so fast... i always have.. i have to really be careful how much i use of something, especially a bulker like anadrol because it can get out of hand quick! Im trying my best to add this size and keep it super clean... its not easy but i KNOW i can do it... =)
 
I really appreciate all the feedback and the support... all of you are incredible and it just motivates me more to keep going harder every day...

trust me, i cant really explain it.. it would not make sense to many but im proving right now that it can be done... a lot of it has to do with how i train and the specific foods involved too... its a recomp dream...
