1-andro max v2 cycle and winstrol cycle

Hi brother,

my question is, it is smart to run a 1-andro max v2 cycle with winstrol, for a small 8-6 week cut cycle.

I was think starting with 200mg (2caps) daily and gradually build my way up to 400mg (4caps) and the last 4 weeks use 40mg of winstrol ED.

Can you please give me you opinion about it, and maybe a proper PCT for it.

You need to post your COMPLETE stats;

Age
Height
Weight
Body fat %
Years of training
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
PCT for each cycle
Goals
Supplements (if any)
General idea of nutrition
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear

your english is perfectly fine bro,k dont worry about that... first i need your stats... age/height/weight/body fat.. cycle history? goals?

Years of training 3
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run): None.
Goals: Recomposition
Supplements (if any): Pre-workout, bcaa and creatine.
General idea of nutrition : I really don't know what you mean about idea of nutrition, but i eat 6 times a day.
My macros right now are 200g carbs, 200g Protein, 50-60 Fat
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.): None.


I was thinking about 1 andro because i need a substitute of test, im very prone to gyno and in my country i cannot get my hand on Aromasin or Arimidex. Also, i want to know, is Arimistane (Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione) a good substitute of Aromasin?

General idea of nutrition is;

Meal 1: 10oz egg whites, 1 egg, 2/3 cup of oats
Meal 2: 8oz of lean meat, 6oz of green vegetables

ETC.

Not having a better grasp of nutrition is why you're underweight. You're also too young for AAS use.

If you can reply with your diet as posted above there may be a few suggestions.....
 
Right now im cutting, thats why my calories are that low. My goal is to be around 8% when i start bulking again.

Meal 1: 3 slices of whole wheat bread and 5 whole eggs
Meal 2: 1 scoop of Protein and some berries
Meal 3: 200g rice, 50g lentils, 100g chicken breast
Meal 4: 200g potatoes, 100g chicken breast
Meal 5 100g chicken breast, 100 broccoli
Meal 6: 100g C. tights, 100g sliced carrot
 
A few observations;

5 egg whites per day and 400 G of rice/potatoes are not your best choice for cutting.

The protein probably has a lot of sugar in it and the berries definitely do.

Your choices of foods are on but not for your goal
 
yes your diet is definitely not helping you at all... on top of the fact noon here is going to advise you any sort of steroid use and your age... not if you paid me a million dollars would i advise that... you can look at sarms, absolutely and i can help you with that if you want to get realistic but im certainly not contributing to you ruining your life man
 
I'll advise you wait a minimum of 4 years to begin AAS and when you do ease into it and incorporate testosterone into every cycle unless you want nothing but trouble. If you don't like the idea of pinning test, this is not your calling.
 
You are too young for steroids right now buddy. Sarms could be a good alternative for you, but you need to stay away from steroids for a few years
 
What you guys think that can change in my diet? I will learn about sarms then and try them. Thank you all for your answers.
 
400 grams TOTAL of rice and potatoes.

Every day.

Drop 5 egg yolks, one is sufficient. Drop the sugar.

5 whole eggs is WAY too much.. have 6 egg whites in the morning and then in the evening have 3 egg whites and 2 whole eggs... you have TOO MUCH in terms of rice and potatoes...
