Iam 40 years old. I am 6 ft, 100 kilos and . Bf around 15-16% mark.
So far I have done 5 cycles .
1. Test e 500 for 10 weeks
2. Test e 500 for 12 weeks
3. Test e 500 for 12 weeks
Weeks 8-14 Anavar 50 mg
4. Test e 500 fir 12 weeks , Winstrol weeks 8-13 50 mg per day .
5. Test e 500 for 12 weeks , Provirin 50 mg weeks 2-12, Anavar 50 mg weeks 8-14
Starting my cycle soon and thinking to add EQ to my cycle . Goal is to Recomp
Weeks 1-14 Test 375/ weeks 15-18 500
Weeks 1-16 Boldenone 600
Weeks 21-24 Pct
Nolva 40/40/40/20
Have Anazole in hand
Have caber in hand
How does cycle look?
Any fine tuning required ?
Cardio on waking up 45-1 hour walking the dog
Diet
meal 1 1 cup egg whites with 2 while eggs + 1 cup oats with water
Supps- vitamin c 1500mg , fish oil 2000mg, greens+turmeric 1/2 spoon
Meal 2 180 grams meat / 1 cup rice
Meal 3 same as above with green beans
Meal 4 same as above with kale/ spinach
Training
PWMeal
1 cup egg white + 150 gms pine apple
Meal 5 200 grams fish / green salad / vitamin c and zinc tabs
4-5 litres of water
Pretty simple meal plan
Open to any suggestions or tips .
