I need some advice from the veterans. I fked up my shoulder 3 summers ago doing heavy incline db press. At the er they took a xray, nothing was wrong, and they recommended me go to a bone specialist. At the time, I was just a week into my test 500mg per week cycle. By the time I had the appointment, my shoulder was good and I was able to go to the gym with no problems, so I did not go to the bone specialist. This January, my shoulder started hurting after doing pushups. A week after it was fine again. However, 2 weeks ago I did back and my shoulder hurt really bad. I went to er, and they told me the same thing, bone specialist. My appointment to the bone specialist is in 2 weeks. Though I was at the gym 2 days ago, and I decided to try to see if I can do anything. I did a little bit of bench press, just 1 plate. My shoulder hurt as sooon as I started and I was just fk this and went home. At this point in not sure what to do. I am loosing size in my chest and arms. Legs are pretty big so not woried about lower body. I dont wnat to just do legs and cardio tho. What do you guys think will happen at the bone specialist? Will they have to cut my shoulder open? I see my chest getting smaller and I just keep getting depressed
