Hey fellas. Joined up the other day to do some research and learn as much as possible before making any drastic decisions, but I figured I'd introduce myself while I'm around.

Y'all can call me Mike, that's fine. I'm 21, 6', 185lbs, 15% bodyfat. I've been doing strength training since early high school. Never done a cycle of anything, always tried to do things the "natural" way. My current goals are to gain as much weight as possible be it muscle or weight in general, so around 30-40 lbs. I currently use creatine supplements and mass gainer protein, around 50-75 grams of protein a day.
I've been eating pretty heartily, (no allergies) trying to eat about 4000 calories a day.
I took around a year off from exercise recently due to a labral tear in my shoulder needing surgery.

Pleasure to meet you guys. Hope to learn what I can from you guys over the next few years to see what I think I need to do from here.
