ending a year long cut. time to bulk. any tips?

After a year of cutting and saying bye bye to about 50 lbs it's time for me to switch to a bulk. It's been many months of religiously weighing my food, timing my meals, 1-2 gym sessions a day for 5-6 days a week. I went from stuck in bed sick to feeling like a whole new person!

Any tips on making the transition from -500 calories a day to +500 calories a day?

I don't think i'm ready to jump into taking any testosterone but am curious about possibly some SARMS. Any suggestions on what to take without spending hundreds? I have a stockpile of GW that has worked well. I'm open to one or maybe two more SARMS to add to the mix. In my mind if I have to spend a lot on sarms I rather just do a cycle.

My goal is to add some size without adding any additional (or minimal) fat.
 
Your bulking foods should be no different the cutting foods, you just slowly increase the calories...really simple
 
I would slowly walk calories up weekly by about 250 calories until you start gaining. Adjust from there when necessary.

if your looking for size and want to add something to the GW you already have, i would go with this... you can get everything at www.sarmsx.com I really prefer you to use the 677 on a bulk here... it will be such clean size for you as its basically hgh in a bottle... obviously not to that level but the next best thing and then running that with lgd, another strong lean mass builder and then with GW to keep it very clean, you will be loving the results...

Dylan gave you a great stack to follow and I think that would treat you well. I'd also like to offer you another alternative stack that is very affordable that would treat you well and is extremely popular and proven.....the triple stack. It is well rounded and you can't go wrong with it. If you already have enough GW,nth em you just need to add the MK and the S4.

I looked that up. Holy poop it's pricey. Anyone know if there are any discount codes floating around for that site? I'm interested in trying some sarms to give me a bit of help but it's pricier than a TestE cycle.
 
If you thinks its priceier that a test cycle you have know clue how too run a test cycle because you are obviosly not thinking about the other stuff you need like aromisin around 70 dollers for 30 tabs so 2 boxes of that 50 bucks for clomid 50 for nolvadex for your post cycle that is if you want too recover afterwards among other support supps too protect your health or you could just buy the test and not worry about any of that then it 3500 dollers for breast reduction surgery and 70 dollers for viagra youll need that also.

There are discounts.Look up at the sticky..there are a few. For food, whenever I go up by 500cals I like it to be whole eggs,some tuna,some cottage cheese or greek yorgurt. Quality real food protein ,fat and carbs. I would also for sure..do one of the sarm stacks. One or the other but you should use one of them.
And congrats on your turn around bro.
 
Just remember too slowly icrease your calories too minimize fat gain while you rebuild your metabolism
And you still need too keep measureing your food its actually more important in the bulking phase because being in a caloric surplus if not kept tight and controlled will jist make you fat .

I carb cycle on cut, but on lean bulks I just up my carbs, the extra cals come from the increase in carbs alone. I stick to the 1lb body weight per gram of protein formula and that seems to work for me. I am older and cannot get away with eating dirty like young guys can. So figure out what your base maintenance intake and figure out your macro count e.g. 50/30/20 and up cals based on maintenance. I eat 6 times per day regardless if I'm cutting or bulking.
 
You know your maint cals right? Now up by 500. For me it is tuna and sweet pots + some nuts. 300 of those 500 is tuna baby...it rocks! Cheapest meal I know of!

that particular cycle is not pricey at all bro... not even close considering how long its ran, 12 weeks, and what your getting out of it... there are discounts on things on the site or you can buy stacks together for a discount...
