After a year of cutting and saying bye bye to about 50 lbs it's time for me to switch to a bulk. It's been many months of religiously weighing my food, timing my meals, 1-2 gym sessions a day for 5-6 days a week. I went from stuck in bed sick to feeling like a whole new person!
Any tips on making the transition from -500 calories a day to +500 calories a day?
I don't think i'm ready to jump into taking any testosterone but am curious about possibly some SARMS. Any suggestions on what to take without spending hundreds? I have a stockpile of GW that has worked well. I'm open to one or maybe two more SARMS to add to the mix. In my mind if I have to spend a lot on sarms I rather just do a cycle.
My goal is to add some size without adding any additional (or minimal) fat.
