Hey guys I just ordered my LGD off SarmsX and got here no problems.

I took it at about 5pm yesterday and when I went to train I had like a decent pump, nothing amazing, but a lot better than usual - is this normal or just placebo? The night before I was absolutely worn out, slept late
and worked 9-4 on the day. At the gym I was repping out weight that I'd usually be struggling a bit more on and this morning when I woke up it's like no DOMS at all which is fucked haha.

Another thing, does it matter what time I take it or is it fine to just take it in the morning relatively the same time, I read that it had a 30 hour half life?
 
I take all mine mornings, except like S4 and SR which spread through the day.

GW is the only thing you want to take 30M before workout.

BTW, GW should be in any cycle.

The half life of LGD is 24-36 hours... you are fine to take it every morning...

lgd generally takes around 2 weeks to really kick in but for some a bit sooner... after one day, more so a placebo effect but some things to look forward to... size, strength and healing... you will feel very energetic as well...
