Hi Dylan,
I need some advice more than anything, I'm 17 years old, 5'8 and 132lbs. This is mainly because I play football (soccer) at a professional level everyday so it is hard for me to gain much weight. I also go to the gym 5 days a week and I have been doing so for 6 months not and I'm not seeing many gains. My coach is demanding me to gain more size in order to progress further within the club and keep my contract, I don't know whether to go through a short cycle and gain some size or just continue to work out and train hard until the gains come naturally? Any advice?

Natural don't be taking steroids to young you will hurt your body. You got a long time to grow into your body keep lifting and eat rite. Eat meats and eggs and good carbs and look into lifting weights in different ways look up how the pros lift weights. But start out slow. I like a thing called shocking the muscles shook all your muscle groups. I do chest and back and bis and tris together and legs and shoulders together. Look up carb back load that's a good diet to put size on something that slot of pro body builders do and eat 5 6 7 times a day. Good luck with football don't get down if your not growing fast takes some time everyone is different.

No dude. Listen. Steroids are not magic. You can't just start running aas and expect to put on and keep weight. Results, on aas or not, is absolutely dependent on your training and nutrition. Youre 132 lbs because you eat like a 132 lb person. You want to run aas, gain some water weight, then shrink back down to 130 lbs, and feel like ass trying to recover? That doesnt sound like fun to me. From here, it sounds like you have no idea how to eat in order to grow. First off, you are way too young and way too undersized. You're going to wreck yourself going on. My advice is learn how to eat in order to grow. There are no shortcuts. Youre young and in your prime to grow. Once you start getting proper nutrition you could easily put on another 50 lbs. You just have to work for it.

i can see why your mind took you to where it did... you have a lot of pressure being put on you and you dont want to lose your contract... its very understandable but i think you already know in your head that you cannot use steroids at your age and that you should not.. i do not blame you in any way for considering it but as i said, you already know its nothing you should do whatsoever... Noone here is going to advise you steroid use bro... i would never, under any circumstance advise that at your age... we can still help... i have a feeling your diet is the issue right now as well as your training methods... post up your daily diet and then explain how much size your looking for etc... and we will hep you fix things to get you keeping your contract...

You definitely don't want to use steroids at your age. That's not the answer bud. You could potentially really screw yourself up big time, and you just need to stay far away from steroids for many years. At your age, your endocrine system is still developing and your hormone levels are through the roof.....so you don't want to mess that up. You are in the prime time of your life for growth. You just have to learn how to eat correctly for the gains you are after

EAT A LOT OF FOOD, literally stuff yourself. Not to the point you can't make it thru practice, but after practice stuff your face like you've never seen food before. Bog yourself down after practice and go lay down and not expend lots of calories. And eat something again before you go to bed. You're 17 and you don't wanna mess with steroids bro.

The first thing you need to be doing here is posting your diet. Literally the easiest thing to change for gains is what you put in your gob. And there are absolutely no excuses to not eating well. Living at home is no excuse. Not having time is no excuse. The only passable excuse for not eating a decent amount of (decent) food, is if you were a bum living on the street with no money.

I can absolutely guarantee you that no matter what you're eating now, if you simply added one more calorically dense milkshake to your diet EVERY DAY (say with 2 serves of protein powder, peanut butter and honey), maybe also with a few slices of good grain bread, that will shove you well over your usual caloric intake and if you stick to it, you'll start putting on size. And that will be good size when you keep lifting heavy stuff in the gym. Plus it's so easy to drink down all those calories than sit there chewing it down all day, to start with.

You're leaving a good 30lbs on the table with whatever you're eating now. I wouldn't even get too bogged down in protein, macros or anything too fancy. You just need to friggin' eat.

Keep it clean-ish where you can, but you can hardly go wrong here. If it's natural and grows in the ground, on a tree or comes from an animal, eat it. Fruits, veggies, grains, good meats.

Naturally 100%. There is never w good enough reason to do steroids at your age. Stop going to the gym so much and lift harder 2-3 days a week. With soccer and 5 days of weights you're overdoing it.

You should be familiar with Jamie Vardy then. Maybe you know him for his recent success...but if you don't know about this past, you definitely should look into it.

The guy earned 43$ per week playing part time football for England's 8th tier league not too long ago. Despite his goals, scouts still said he was too small.

Look at that mofo now...he isn't physically bigger now, but he always plays with a chip on his shoulder.

Steroids isn't the answer, not at your age, and not for your goals either.

Your metabolism and cardio is far higher than your calorie intake.

Eat more, even if you don't put on much more size, just remember what Jamie Vardy had to do and go through.

In my opinion, that coach of yours does not give a fuck about you nor your health. He is probably telling you to care about the team and all that bullshit pep talk. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Your health is you number one priority, winning games is HIS priority.

Post your diet and training routine, we can guide you on and fix the issue NATURALLY.

NO STEROIDS FOR ANYONE UNDER 25. Trust us buddy, when you are 35 years old, no longer playing, and on test replacement therapy for life you will want to find that coach of yours and beat the crap out of him for what he is doing to you now.

Best of luck

Most western countries test for PEDs anyways, sarms and even estrogen blockers will get you popped here in the states.
If you plan on being anywhere near pro, you probably shouldn't touch this stuff
