So im currently 5 weeks into my cycle and have a question about my test amount. Im currently running test @ 250mg a week and noticed im holding more water than usual, im on aromasin 12.5mg EOD. Wondering if i lower it to 200mg will it make a differnce as far as water weight and is it even worth readjusting the dosage. Or should i attempt to increase Aromasin dosage?

Cycle goal was to shred up which i have already done and packed on 10lbs to date since start with strict diet.

Cycle:
1-12 Test CYP 250mg EW
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-12 S4 Up to 75mg ED
1-12 GW
1-12 SR-9009 40mg ED
6-12 Anavar 80mg ED

FULL PCT in place and on hand. And all SARMS from SARMSX
 
A) nice job on the gains so far.

B) Why 250 mg's a week? I love a "less is more approach" but that dose could be doing more harm than good. Are you on TRT? I will wait for your answers before I say why.

C) What's your water intake and general diet look like?
 
I mean I guess some could be that sensitive but it doesn't seem like much test to be causing water retention, sodium and potassium in check as well as fats and carbs? I assume so at 6' 205. may want to up it ed for a week and see what happens or atleast 3 days ed

is this your first time using test? where did you get it from? where did you get aromasin?
 
I'd start off by making sure the aromasin you have is legit. If so, then check your diet, if it's not on point that could easily be the cause of the bloating you see. If I get too much sodium, I blow up.

often times it is the diet causing the excess... sodium is generally the culprit as you pointed out... that MUST be in check or there will certainly be extra bloating...

Very probable. When I cook my body is g2g, when the wife cooks... Lawd have mercy. The difference is off season look, versus Stay-Puft Marshmellow Man.

Yup.....if your sodium and water intake ratios are off, could lead to water balloon-ism

LOLLLL lucky for me, my wife eats fairly similar to me but she knows when she does cook for me that there cannot be certain things in my food... i keep track of EVERYTHING and if there's fucking oil in there or anything, salt etc. i'll fucking flip and noone wants that LOL so everything i have is extremely spot on.. i freak out big time bro on shit like that... im so damn strict that i dont have slip ups like that whatsoever... we are going on a little trip for our anniversary and i did promise to take her out to dinner but i have a bomb seafood place that i know the owner and he will cook everything exactly as i want... =)

absolutely... i take every minute of every day extremely serious on everything... probably too serious but thats what puts you in an elite class... you have to make these sacrifices

Be nice to see some bloodwork work mid cycle to see where your e2 is at? But depending on the quality of your aromasin, if legit, you could go 12.5 ed for now. Of course check diet.
 
So my diet is pretty straight forward with low sodium. Drink a gallon if not more a day and always have. Not my first cycle, and I'm typically pretty sensitive to test. Aromasin came from sarmsx and test from mass builder pharma. Not trying to use more test than I need to.. I appreciate all the responses..

Not since last cycle last year. And everything checked out during and after. I know I prolly should have got some before as a baseline but I was lazy.

So basically I'm doing this cycle because the beginning of 2016 was rough on my body to say the least. Pic on left is my normal frame. In March I fell out of tree stand due to it detaching from tree while messing around for spring turkey season, it left me with 2 cut tendons in my hand where tree stand fell down and hit me and a massive laceration, on top of that it caused all types of nagging back, shoulder and neck pain due to the fall being directly on to my back from 20ft. I attribute having muscle and a solid frame as the reason I didn't break anything. So it laid me up for awhile, I struggled to get back into shape due to back neck and hand pain. This was frustrating as I've always been in shape. So the middle pic is day one of my cycle. I was bigger than I know I should have been to start it but I was struggling. Pic on right is today on day 30 I think lol come a long way but I know if get there easily. Pluses are my back neck and hand pain have all gone away which has been amazing and quite a relief after months of going to chiropractor.

But all that being said, I know my body and I feel like I'm holding more water than normal. Just wanted to know if dropping 50mg a week would even make a difference in that department. You_Doodle_2016-07-22T00_48_13Z.jpg
