Have you been losing bodyfat during the past 10 weeks? If so, the legs could've lost a fair bit of fat.
Yes I have, about 4%,but everything else is growing??

fortunately for me i'm gifted in genetic when it comes to legs. i do squats, leg curls, leg extensions, lunges and leg press. My rep range is usually 15-20 slow reps i make sure every rep my legs are getting contracted. what happens is my legs get leaner and they get stronger. Are your quads getting stronger?
Lol, you might just be dropping some of that thigh fat and growing at the same time bro. But you still got some good new additions to the routine.Yes I have, about 4%,but everything else is growing??
When I lose fat it always seems to come off in certain areas in phases. For example, I might see some come off my belly then seems to almost stop coming off my belly and is coming mostly off chest, then mostly legs and not so much chest/belly etc. Also the majority of your BF will always be stored in your thighs, ass and belly. Some will store fat more like an A shape and others more diamond shapelike. I really think this is likely what you're encountering.

Quads are my most stubborn body part so I feel your pain. It takes a lot to get the, to grow, but what I've found that works for me is lowering the weight, not going as heavy, and just cranking out 15-20 rep sets to failure. That really hits hypertrophy well for me. You just have to experiment a bit and see what works well for you
I'm going to try that. You're the second person to recommend that.I just always thought high weight/lower reps = SIZE.I need to change my way of thinking I guess. Thanks Rick
Generally speaking that is true many instances man. Trust me, I push heavy weight on almost everything all the time. It just wasn't working for me with quads, so I changed it up and I'm finally starting to see some width to my quads that I've been seeking a long time
Should try giving blood flow restriction or squat with bands

Legs, for most people, tend to grow from a more eclectic mix of rep ranges. I would recommend doing one of your days with lower weights and heavier loads, and dedicate the other day to lighter weights and higher rep ranges with shorter rest periods.
I'm not sure what to make out of that??
That's some sound advice brother.Thank you. That's what I've pretty much been doing though.
I put on almost an inch in every muscle group in the past 10 weeks, except my quads.
1/2" on shoulders
3/4" on arms
7/8" on back & chest
3/4" on calves
Nothing at all on quads.I dedicate a whole day to my legs,& twice a week EOW.I do heavy squats, front squats, leg curls, heavy extensions & lunges with dumbells. They're getting more defined & vascular but no size like the other muscle groups.
Any ideas to make these stubborn things grow?
Have you tried adding some random intensity techniques near the end of the workout? If your legs aren't growing, I would add some volume and intensity techniques at the end of the higher rep session (Drop sets, MYO rep sets, or rest pause). Give it a shot!

Nice bro! You are well on your wayI just got done doing a high volume leg session & I threw up.Nice way to start the day, huh?
Those Bulgarian split squats are no joke.I used them in place of my lunges & I could barely do 5 sets of 10 with just my body weight.
I did everything else with a 15 rep minimum.Increasing to 20 reps.My legs are super pumped to say the least.
