diet for losing fat and build mass

Diet is very individual based on insulin sensitivity and genetics and recomp for nattys is a useless waist of time but done right can be very effective when enhanced but the person needs too know there body very well and know how too feed themselves too get theses results .a naturally lean person ( ectomorph) with high insulin sensitivity is going too have too eat all day and take gainers and walk around bloated too gain size while for someone like me with a shitty metabolism recomp is much better I build muscle very easily just looking at weights but I get fat just as quick so my diet has too stay on point. Were all difderant

And true recomp you dont actually gain muscle and loose fat if your fat you need too cut first . when you add muscle without adding fat you get leaner without loosing fat .

If i feed enough proteins and very low carbs,i keep what i have and lose fat right? can you give an example of diet you coach?

This diet you have posted is just a regular ol diet.Nothing special but will work fine. A tad low on calories so you may feel washed up. I would cut some of the carb calories down and up the protein to help ensure you don't loose muscle. I typically cut like this. I weigh 212lb right now, so I just go around 1.5 grams of protein per lb that I weigh.
So that is 300 grams of protein. I keep carbs low 70 grams which is 280 calories. My fat intake from clarified butter, coconut oil, and some olive oil and egg yolks and beef is 40 grams and another 270 calories. This puts me at 1750 calories. This puts me at 600 calories below maintenance. It maintains muscle and tears into bodyfat.

This puts me at an unusual breakdown of 74% Protein;16% carb;10%fat

Add a lot of avo if you like them. Maybe lay off the powder, and go for eggwhites. many times when I worked with my dad we would would be in a hurry so breakfast was 1/2 quart eggwhite and 1/2 quart grapefruit juice. Mix in a 1 quart jug and shake and chug Yummy!
