I have in hands 1 Epistane and bought last year for having read that helps reduce gynecomastia ...
also I have in hands 1 ostarine Capsules 25mg per dose ...

I never ostarine or Epistane, my data:
1.90m height
89kg
bf 13%
32years

I have an old gynecomastia, is not very apparent however the swollen nodule this .... as I am lowering my bf he is appearing more, I would mitigates it as much as possible ,,
My goal and reduce bf and quality win, would not want to gain weight,

I thought of using Epistane (body conscious) 15mg + 20mg tamoxifen for 6 weeks and repeat it in a few months .... or put together ostarine and take 15mg + epi 25ostarine + 20mg tamoxifen for 6 weeks ....
ostarine to increase testo alleviates gynecomastia?
also I read that Epistane only has the effect of reducing gine above 30mg per day ..... that's true?

I'm feeling very upset because the more leanness more appears gynecomastia, when I am no money to buy other things like letrozole .... would like your opinion on these combinations with muscle quality goal and reduction of nodule of gynecomastia ....

You are so mixed up dude. Everything you got going on is an absolute cluster fuck. Let me help you with the basics at least.

Epistane does not fix gyno. It's a prohormone. Whoever told you that is a fuck wit.

The ostarine you have probably is not real seeing it's in a capsule. Most sarms can not hold in pill form. A lot of what you find in a capsule or pill form is actually probably a prohormone. Sarms are research liquids.

Taking either of those will not help your gyno.

If you wanna get rid of it save up and do it right. Stop looking for half ass solutions that will make it worse.

Bro, please DO NOT do this!! Epistane is a prohormone, and is NOT what you want to take to get rid of Gyno! You could end up making matters much worse for yourself

It's never recommended to take orals without a test base anyways and this Gyno needs treated first and foremost

If you have legitimate Gyno you need to probably get some Letro and Nolva from www.sarmsx.com and run that to see if that will help you get rid of that.

After that. For your goals you need to stay away from Epi and get on a sarms stack to help rid the bodyfat. They do not aromatize so no worries about Gyno. This is the stack I would recommend to you from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…

Epistane is very ineffective at reducing gyno and known too cause rebound gyno when you stop using it also if you have no money for letrozole then what arenyou going too do about clomid and aromisin for pct because epi is a steroid and causes shutdown requiring post cycle therepy or guess what your gyno is now worse and you cant get an erection. Sounds like fun huh NO NO NO !!!!!

yes bro because it i buy epistane, some people says get rid gyno with epistane.... i dont know low dose reduce it 15mg or just 30mg , i want drop tamoxifen+epistane to get rid gyno, and tpc correct clomid and tamoxifen.....

Dude epistane is DHT anabolic steroid like winstrol and masteron it has antiestrogenic properties but it is the worst possible treatment for gyno possibly and without a proper post cycle when your estrogen is high and your testosterone is shutdown your gyno WILL GET WORSE . treat is with aromatase inhibitor like letro not a androgen .

If you have a firm lump of tissue your not gonna get rid of it. Only option is surgery. I've has a mild case of it, I just work out chest enough to where you could never tell. Nothing will just make it disappear though completly. Especially not epistane.

Best option is infact letro. Just how it is unfortunatly. Gotta be smarter when you cycle now. Otherwise it will continue to get worse.

Also this is an expensive lifstyle. Properly using anabolic steroids requires using acilliaries too combat side effects and prevent problems not running random stuff because its what you can afford at the moment thats how you get issues like gyno in the first place .

ok bro will do the following .... I will save the Epistane to the end of the year when you're a smaller bf ... and I will now take ostarine in a mean dose 25mg day with tamoxifen between 20mg a40mg day after this treat gynecomastia and only then use the Epistane .... I know the Epistane and anabolic steroid but just bought coz it helps gynecomastia know he does not do miracles but thought to unite it with tamoxifen for it alleviates my gynecomastia and discreet friend, dps post photo

I have in hands are ostarine, Epistane also tamoxifen citrate ..... I know maybe not short totally gynecomastia but decrease 50% would be incredible .... my inical idea was only 1 tablet Epistane (15mg) and 25mg + 20mg tamoxifen ostarine day after this increase to 40mg tamoxifen and buy clomid

Letrozole is your only option for results and thats not guaranteed may need surgury. Best option is using an aromatase inhibitor too prevent it in the first place. Nolvadex is good for preventing gyno once you have it nolva is useless its a serm it binds too the receptor too prevent estrogenic activity once the damage is done nolva will not reverse it

many speak what tamoxifen does not help to regrow, however some studies say the far-term (6 months or more) can help regrow yes ... I personally used it for 2 months and the module greatly reduced

Hey bro since yournan expert on all these studies that dont apply in real life . then you allready know what too do .Im just a dumb meathead bodybuilder whos ran grams of gear at stupid dosages and never had any nipple issues because I always took adex or aromisin on cycle .were telling whats going too help but your convinced a designer steroid that mimicks winstrol is going get rid of gyno go for it .
