Hi Dylan,

I have watched a couple of your videos, and it sounds like you are a fan of both Winstrol and Primobolan. Appreciate you taking the time to help people.

Here's where I am at...

I am 50 years old and have lifted all my life. Never used anything but protein supps, and even that was 2 decades ago. Fairly lean until 30s and now am about 22% BFI (slow and steady fat gain).

I am living in Mexico and want to get back in shape. Like you, not for strength or size, simply to look and feel good when I take off my shirt...which I do rarely these days...even in Mexico. Slow metabolism of a 50 year old has got me trying something new...so I taked to a guy at the gym who obviously is mega-roiding...and here is where I am.

I have access to Oxandrolone 10mg tabs, Primobolan S 25mg tabs, and Stanozol 25mg tabs. Have been taking two of each supplement daily for about 6 weeks and have put on about 10lbs, but it seems to be both muscle and fat. My main objective was to increase slightly in muscularity, but, like I said, to mainly to lose the layer of fat that has been with me for 2 decades...stubborn. I did not think my age would allow me to get ripped again, so that is why I tried the roids. Great muscle bounce back...but the fat is not melting...might even be gaining...hard to tell.

Wondering if you could give me a "50+" diet and roid combination to getting me cut and stay cut (nothing crazy...maybe 13%-15%). Slow is ok as I want to keep the physique long-term.

What do you suggest? I am 5' 9" and about 185 lbs and 22% BFI (was 175 and 20% when I started). Can get to the gym 3-4 times a week for 90 minutes or so. For the past couple months, metab has really seemed to slow down, so to not gain any more fat (even before the roids) I have only been eating a couple eggs in the morning, skipping lunch, and eating a reasonable dinner with very little carbs...fat still going nowhere. My work is an office job which does not help.

Would really like your detailed opinion. Let me know if I need to pay you for your time.

here is the first thing Dylan will probably tell you, what you are doing is dangerous with elevated body fat. roids will not cut fat you need to get ur body fat down first. are you on trt testosterone replacement therapy? do you know where your test levels are? I suggest you watch videos of Dylan about the SARMs this is the most effective and safest way for you to burn fat increase free test, muscle recovery etc etc. what you probably need is a sarms stack like the triple stack for a 12 week run and maybe a test base. This stack is GW, s4 and mk 2866. Ill give you my background I am 44 I was 240 lbs 35% body fat took this stack with test cyp for 12 weeks and lost 40 lbs and 15% body fat. I am on my 2nd run of sarms because it is much safer than roids without the negative sides and damage it does to your organs and blood pressure.

When you get the BF% down to 15 then you can hit something a little stronger but until then I would STOP what you are doing. and look into sarms from sarmsx.com they can ship to mexico and you will enjoy life and longevity and look good as well.
 
The only compound that I have found that cuts fat quickly is SR9009. GH will help but not for months. Diet. Cardio. SR9009. GW.

hey bro... im really glad you came to me first before making a very poor choice... i think you have A LOT of confusion... first, i do this for strength, size, to look good... so when you say that i don't do it for strength, you are very wrong... also, you have NO BUSINESS WHATSOEVER even considering steroid use... 1. its not conducive to your goals whatsoever... steroids are not fat burners and you don't use them to drop abundance of body fat and weight as you want 2. your in WAY too bad of condition to even consider them... you need to be below 15% to even consider them 3. you already said you want to use something to "look good without a shirt" but that's not what steroids are for man... im not sure who gave you this misconception or where your getting it from, but this is definitely not for you at this time in any way, shape or form...

you need to take many steps back so you can move forward.. this entails you understanding and realizing what you need to do to obtain your goals in not only the most effective, but safest manner possible... so, my recommendation is to take a look at sarms as they are far more conducive to your goals... read my articles on sarms starting here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

Great post, ^this pretty much sums it up very nicely and i would have to agree.
 
Agree with Dylan on all accounts here. I would drop the oral steroids, which are really not conductive to what you are trying to do, not to mention being very harmful in terms of toxicity and overall health.

You are also not in a safe healthy condition to run them as Dylan stated.

I would highly recommend going with the Sarms stack that Dylan posted for you above. That is going to be your best bet to help you reach your goals with the correct diet and training plan

Stop now, get your nutrition in order, and get down with the Sarms stack that Dylan posted.

exactly and this is all too common... the infamous "guy at the gym" making his sale that he knows is only going to hurt someone else yet could care less... this goes on far too often...

Funny how money impacts "that guy @ the gym's" judgment on what to tell people who are trying to do the right thing.
 
Thanks for the good advice and direction gentlemen. What do you recommend for a diet/exercise program that will get the metabolism back up in conjunction with the SARMS. The reason I started down this path in the first place is that getting below 20% was basically starvation...I am assuming to a lowered metabolism due to age/dieting. What is your advice for diet and exercise, assuming I can get to the gym 60min 3-4 times a week. Seems right now I gain if I just eat anything more than a couple eggs in the morning and a decent "clean" dinner.

Usually 3 sets of 8 of the heaviest I can do with spotter. Monday - Back/Bis, Wed - Chest/Tris, Friday - Legs/Stomach - Standard free-weight and/or machines to mix it up. Usually 3 different exercises for each body part. Standard stuff...

Excellent article. Last couple years...I think I have shifted into super-endomorph...
 
Starvation will cause a person to store MORE fat, your body goes into panic mode and holds onto everything. Age is not an excuse.

Drop your weight and increase your reps....and your routine needs to change from time to time.
 
by going into starvation mode, you have stalled out your metabolism... you cannot do that to yourself again bro... the sr9009 will help correct this and eating more frequent meals in smaller portions will also help... you MUST stay on top of this... gw and sr9009 will help tremendously, but you have to get your diet dialed in bro... i would eat every 2-3 hours, 5-6 times a day at least... that will definitely help kickstart things as well...
