First cycle need some cycle advice

Yeah I was mainly asking because I heard from some places saying to have a more successful pct it’s important to start taking pct stuff near the end of a cycle and continue like a normal pct , not right after to help kickstart more effectively. That info may be not true so I just threw it out there. And also with equipoise should I wait a longer time after to start pct because it stays so long in the body after the cycle is ended?

Running those while shutdown is a waste. You need to wait until after you are off the compounds and esters begin to clear for them to start working. Usually 2 weeks after last injection
