Funny how guys with torn rotator cuffs, elbow pain, fucked up pecs, will still smash chest days 2x a week. But a little knee or back pain and they throw squats out of the window. Proper squat motion is actualy HEALTHY for the body because it keeps it aligned and stablizes your core.
lol..they throw squats out the window because they are friggin HARD!!!
