What did you work today?

I've been in a major funk lately and really slacking with getting to the gym because of it. BUT...made myself get in there and do some legs. Ladies...if you're looking for something to totally kick your leg day butt...here's what I did today:

1) leg press
4x8
2) leg curl
4x8
Leg extensions
4x8
Lying leg curl
4x8
3) adductor
3x15
Abductor
3x15
4) dumbbell sumo squats
4x8
Barbell Bench step ups
4x8
Barbell Glute bridge
4x8 (10 second pause at peak of last
rep)
5) donkey calf raise
3x15
6) seated calf raise
3x15
I would normally do standing calf raise, but some lunk chic was on the freakin Smith machine talking to a guy for sets 3-6 (well over 30 minutes in other words.)
Anyway...what did everyone else do today?

I love the volume you have there and the variety. Nice well rounded workout!

About time you got your ass in gear girl!! Its go time! Lol j/k

We need to get another workout in together soon. Best training session I had in a long time. You know how to work and get it done right! ;)

My wo was:
60 min run 5:30am
Then 9:30am back and bi's

A1: BB deadlift 4@10
B1: inverted pull ups 4@12 super w/
B2. Cable seated row 4@10
C1: DB hammer curls 4@12 super w/
C2: push ups w extensions 4@15
D1: BB curls 21's 3@ 21
Finished w met work: spin bike 10@ 45s/15s
Tomorrow is leg day for me [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND SMILING EYES]
 
I didnt work shit i had a double burger with bacon. A grey goose and rock star and played two softball games. ;). Holla
