Hi Dylan,

great informative videos which I find very useful. Please keep them coming. Very good work.

Please if I may ask, I am currently on trenbolone enanthate. I am always hungry and find it difficult to keep a clean diet. Should I increase my calories through carbs or protein as I intend to keep lean. I weigh 83 kg with 9% body fat and eat 220 g carbs and 180 g protein a day.

Welcome to the board...

Tough love, maybe harsh; if you can't be 110% strict with nutrition then juice is NOT for you. No exceptions. If it was easy then everyone would do it.

Post your EXACT diet.

discipline is everything in this sport, and cravings is the ultimate test of it.

Are you getting enough calories in? Protein intake is low for your weight. What are your complete stats? Age, height, weight, bf%. What does your diet look like? Calories/macros.

you should definitely not be eating more carbs than protein... are you just not quite sure on diet in general? that's what it appears... bro, if your diet is not dialed in with consistency and discipline for a long time then why in the world are you cycling and especially with tren involved? this is very very poor decision making by you bro... if you dont have discipline and you can't control yourself then you absolutely should not be in this type of lifestyle... your going to get yourself hurt..

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? what is your cycle history?

I would increase that protein first and foremost. That does seem quite low. If you want to stay lean you don't want to throw a bunch of carbs in there. What exactly is your full stats, experience, and goals? Tren is not something to be messed with by just anyone
