8 oz. chicken 240 calories, 54 grams of protein
1 bell pepper 40 calories
3/4 box of mushroom 40 calories
2 zucchini 40 calories
 
1 serving of spinach 20 calories
1/4 serving white rice 50 calories
Seasoned with parsley and onion powder...
