I saw this video and I as just laughing . I don't understand why people do not understand that doing heavy compounds is the best way to build your base . Your muscular structure . In the video you will hear about people condemning dead lifts bc of the images shown. Just do curls ... imo bicep curls don't make anything grow at all. People as me all the time about my arms and I tell them it's bc of the heavy big lifts.
If you train at least 4 days 3 of them atleast all using your arms for upper body splits . Or depending on your program or split . Point is that you use your arms for a lot more then legs . So I never really focused on doing arms alone . Next point being that when you do legs they must be OBLITERATED! Why? Bc the legs are strong af and mostly only get trained once a week. Your legs been carrying around your body weight your entire life . They are built to be super strong even in people who don't lift . They can hold your body weight up for hours and hours . Now hold your arms out and see how long you last . They will fatigue real quick . Just to use that as an example of why legs always need to be punished among plenty of other reasons.
