Is there a way to prevent spasms? Three days ago I got an spasm while I was brushing my teeth. It was very painful, even breathing was difficult. I had spasms in the past, but nothing like that. I haven't been able to train since then, but I feel much better now. In couple of days I might be able to go back to the gym. Does any of you have had a similar problem?

i mean, ive had severe back spams and it just takes time to go away.. muscle spams just have to really run their course... ive had every kind of therapy you can think of... accupuncture, e stem, heat, ice, you name it, ive had it... they tend to just run their course and pass unless they are just extremely severe then you need to see a doctor or sports therapist
