SDBronco Transformation Log

Ok so I made it through an hour of cardio and a weight lifting session. Sleep deprived today and I still did the best I could. I hit the cardio hard but the weights not so much but that's okay as I'm taking it easy right now.

I did 15 minutes on the elliptical to warm up, was done at a rigorous pace enough to work up a sweat after only 15 minutes. I don't consider getting winded a sign of a good cardio workout because that already happens on Tren.

Warmed up back and shoulders with wide grip lat pulldowns. 3x12

Bent over rows 1x8 185lbs and 2x10 225lbs (haven't done these in a while)

Barbell rows 2x8 75lbs probably went heavier than I should have on these but I was really feeling it after the barbell rows.

Back extension, no weight.
2x20

More lat pull downs behind the neck 2x10 3/4 the stack, like 195lbs idk really.

1 set of 10 pull-ups.

EZ bar bicep curls 3x8 90lbs
DB curls 35lbs 2x10

Then 45 minutes on the bicycle and an additional 10 minutes in the Sauna so I can pretend sweating actually burns fat with all the other 60 year old men sitting in the sauna at 9AM on a Saturday. 9AM On a freaking Saturday lol this rant is over before it began.

Now im off to sleep the rest of the day while the rest of you normal people go off to work. Have a nice day you guys.

No weight difference in the morning yet as I ate the donuts like 3 hours ago. It was basically my preworkout meal oh gawd lol beun is probably face palming himself if he is reading this.
 
Bro aren't you concerned about a libido crash? I know you're on prami but it can happen regardless with so much more nandrolone over test. If you're not worried go for it.

Nah not at all, at least i dont feel like i have a reason too. Ive ran test at 250 and deca at 500 for 12 weeks without any caber/prami or cialis and my libido was uncontrollable. Im also taking 10mg cialis EOD so i dont see it happening but if it does ill surely up my test to 50-75mg or as much as it takes.

Thanks for looking out for me tho. I wouldnt call myself a "vet" but i would say i have a decent understanding of what im doing although i am definitely open to criticism. I do know that some people would expect a possible libido crash but ive never once had this issue except the one time i ran EQ.

For those who have been following from the begining i didnt initially plan to take cialis. I added it about a week after i started the tren do to its ability to help lower blood pressure and help circulation overall. The pumps so far with it has been amazing and of course the added benefit to lay pipe like a pornstar is always awesome. I sleep better at night too as my hands and shoulders always go numb while im sleeping. I only plan on taking it as far as im on this cycle.

Instead of a transformation log i shohld have labeled this my comeback log. Right now im sitting at 221 and bodyfat was read at 14% using the same electonic monitor. Ive also dropped a tiny bit of water since lowering my test dosage so that was definitely effecting my bodyfat percentage using the omnetron monitor and of course my appearance. There is like 3 weeks of the contest left so far so if i want to end up in the 208-210 range im going to have to drop about 4lbs a week. It wont be easy but i feel like its definitly possible.

Im going to still be eating the same as before but ive decided to implement a 16 hour fast for the next 3 weeks. I will be fasting 4 hours after waking up and 4 hours before bed, and of course i wont be eating during the 8 hours i sleep at night (depending on how much sleep i actually get).

So ill be eating 1 meal every 2 hours during hour feeding window. My workouts will now be after my first meal after the day. It will be hard due to the fact my workouts last 1.5-2 hours depending on how much cardio i do which are supposed to be 30 minutes twice a day but I've been doing more like 25-45 most days just in an attempt to budget my time. I know im making excuses but i seriously forgot what its like to dedicate 2+ hours in the gym 5-6 days a week. Balancing work/family and gym can be challenging when you are always on the run.

Ok so today was triceps and delts. I didnt log ny last 2 workouts during the time i was resting/deloading which i apologize for but my deload ended today.

I started out warming up my shoulders using external rotation exercises with cables and some really light face pulls. The actual work out is as follows.

Flat bench 4x12 @ 225lbs
Bodyweight Dips 1×20 and 3x15
Flat DB Press 2x10 @ 65lbs and 2x10@85lbs
Face pulls, bent over with dumbells (dont know what to call this) 3x15@25lbs lifted from ankle height to behind the ears.
Incline DB Press 4×8@75lbs
DB Shoulder Press 1x12@75lbs and 3x8 @75lbs
Bent over Tricep pushdowns 4x12 using a little over 3/4 the stack. I always forget exactly how much weight it is i never pay attention with cable machines it doesnt really matter anyways. I think most people could hit the full stack including myself it was positioned at the begining of my workout.

No cardio today actually. Jumped on the bike for less than 30 secs and jumped right off and said fuck it im going home. This workout had me completely winded and exhasted. I may try to take longer breaks in between sets next time to save some gas in the tank.

Im going to have to go and buy a full sized mirror in order to take a proper picture. I had one but i broke it moving it into a new place and all i have now is this tiny bathroom mirror i can't even fit both my shoulders in the one i have now lol. Not cause im big but because the mirror is small.
 
Good luck man 12 lbs in 3 weeks, your going to be on a real heavy deficit with a lot of cardio. Keep it up, good luck!!

Nah feeling great again, im actually considering throwing in the winny again, maybe, just for the last 3 weeks as i know it will help my obtain a leaner look considering how good it is at dropping water from under the skin. Its a big maybe tho

Yea i am for sure. Hopefully the tren helps me tighten up the lose ends as far as holding on to my muscle while i try to lean out, although there is only so much muscle you can lose in 3 weeks, id imagine if i lost any it would be very, very, minimal, if any at all.
 
2lbs a week is pretty normal to lose on a cut, with 3.5-4lbs a week definitly being on the extreme side but i dont think it will be that bad considering the duration. Ill probably start looking flat during the last week so Im going to slowly increase my carbs day by day while simultaneously lowering the fats to almost none at all during the last week.

Plain white rice, steamed broccoli with canned tuna, cod, and other whitefish should do the trick. Thats the plan anyways. If it actually works is a different story that only time will tell.
 
Cool man. It seems very few people have deca figured out exactly so it could be low test that we need to keep estrogen down who knows.

Definitely interested to see how this works for you. I've thought about toying with intermittent fasting but have never gotten around to it. Do you find it difficult to not eat for the first and last four hours of the day?
 
Quick update: This was what I currently look like, pic was snapped really quickly post workout without thinking about holding phone still so quality sucks but I'm not taking another one lol. I don't have time to snap all kinds of pics from each angle so I kept it simple and used the same old angle I have been for comparison.

Probably should have wiped the sweat off my forehead and held the camera steady.

Hey brother, no offense or anything But I don't think you have any logical reason to be using gear. You need to build a better foundation and mature a tad. You look like very adolescent. Like I said, no offense but it's a little late now.

Lol thanks, you just gotta love the "advice" given out by no one other than Almighty Alpha. Go overdose on some pot cookies and anxiety attack yourself to sleep bro. Lol Just kidding. But honestly bro you are right. I ran my first cycle at 17 and now ive been on TRT for a few years so ya its a little late to be giving out advise to a guy that is required to inject at least once every 10 days just to keep normal test levels and maintain normal sexual function. I appreciate the thought tho.

I know im not the biggest most jacked guy in the gyn but you really think at my height and weigh that im even remotely comparable to an adolescent then you are some kind of dumbass. Whatever makes you feel bigger at night i guess. I was obese during adolescence and i was never over 200lbs back then. Right now im pretty far from obesity and well over 200lbs.

I really dont think you are some kind of dumbass (or at least i would like to) but there is no way anyone in their right mind would look at me and think i would be even remotely comparable to someone of adolescent age.

I think a lot of if has little do due with ratios and more to do with keeping estrogen and prolactin in better range. Prolactin probably being more significant in giving people libido issues IMO.
