I'm a 68 year old male who has lifted natural all my life. I think its time for some chemical help for my test rabbit. Problem lies with age, Hypertension, on a statin drug where cholesterol is a real concern. I am going to do Ostarine but how do I start out? Minimum dosage or Maximum dosage? I'm hearing from other huge Rabbits in my gym who have done it all, that I need to start minimum and see how my body reacts then go up. What are your thoughts??? Would like to jump in full hog but I'm not in the young category anymore. Can't talk to my Doctor about his...we all know what that in the box thinker will say. any suggestions?? Thanks.

I can certainly help you but furst I need to know more about you. What is your height, weight, and bodyfat level?

Also what is your goals?

Running Osta only, will give you minimal results.

At 59, I finally had to realize I couldnt put muscle on anylonger without help. My stack was Osta, LGD, Rad140, and GW. Sarms stack very very well, and the better a stack, the better the gains.

I put on about 12 pounds of muscle.

To the negative side I was suppressed about 50% and had to add clomid during cycle. I'm on week 2 of PCT right now, 2 weeks left, then will wait 3 weeks, and run bloodwork again.

Already have my next stack setup

LGD, Osta, GW, Rad140, SR, and S4.

That will likely be it for me,other than I plan to run gw year round (with appropriate breaks), it seriously boosts your workouts.

Goals: Recomp. mainly, more endurance, not looking to get huge but would like to put on a little more strength and keep what I gain. I work out 3-4 days/week.
Supplements: None
Nutrition: about 2,000 calories a day.
Other: Tore tricep tendon in 98(Surgery), 2010 Cancer(chemo/Rad./Surgery) went from 210>167# back up to 185 now. My BP is undercontrol but have heart disease and on a Statin drug 20 mg Pravastatin. I understand Ostarine spikes your LDL.

thanks for your reponse. I have been natural all my life but need help now. Sounds like your in great shape. What is gw? Sounds like I need this as well. Thank you again.
 
gw will make you workout like a butt raped rabbit :)


Actually, right now i'm kinda chunky, as I picked up about 50/50 on my bulk, so got 12 pds to pull off next cycle. Next is a super recomp.

But I only drop to 20%, as I dive in extremely cold waters, and very deep, so I need the thermal protection. When I was less than 20%BF, I'd go hypothermic on a 4 hour dive.
 
I wish I could confidently give my opinion. Being on statins is so controversial and I'm very anti-statin. Adding in PEDs is just unpredictable. I would highly suggest talking to your doc about an alternative to statins. Your testosterone is probably shot from statins and/or your age. I hate to advise any further than that personally.

you definitely want to have GW in this stack... GW was created to treat cholesterol... Also, just to note, when reading through your information, i see you are a cancer survivor... I want to say I respect what your doing to the highest extent, to work this hard to get back and to still be concerned about being in the best shape you can get and extending your life... im very very inspired with something like this...
