So I’m coming up on 3 weeks of taking LGD at 10 mg a day at 10AM and I usually train at around 1:30PM, but due to a schedule change with my job I won’t be able to train till around 10PM now.
Do I have to start taking my LGD at a closer time to before my workout or do I stay taking it at 10AM?
