Hey everyone this is my first post. Im currently running s4 at 50mg a day (25 upon wake up 25 6-8 hours later). I'm running it as a cutting cycle. I understand that I'm runnning 1 Sarm and I shouldnt expect the craziest of results. That being said I am expecting to see something. Anyways I'm planning on running the cycle on a low carb diet. an example of a day of eating:

4-6 eggs with 4 pieces of candien bacon
Almonds
salad with a full chicken breast
shake
baked chicken breast with cauliflower or seasoned broccoli
plain chobani with a bit of vanilla extract for flavor

No my question is: is a low carb diet the most efficient diet to utilize for fat loss while runnig S4?

currently at roughly 15% BF and looking to expedite the fat loss process while maintining and building more muscle.

Any and all comment welcome!!

PS: any thoughts how what PCT I should run and for how long?

Thanks!

First and foremost welcome to the forum. Out of LGD, S4 and GW....S4 was my favorite. The strength gains, muscle hardening and vascularity were awesome. Would a SARMS stack be better, of course, but I think you will see some good results with S4 alone provided your training and nutrition are on point.

As far as the diet (low Carb), you are going to get various opinions on this one. So for what it's worth this is my opinion and what I have found has worked best for me. I am not a fan of low carb because of the decrease in performance I get in the gym. While cutting, my primary training goal is to maintain strength on my lifts in order to preserve muscle. Carbs provide the energy to fuel the workouts, cut them back to much and you may likely see a drop in performance. I found a balanced approach to work the best. I start with a 500 calorie deficit. I set my protein intake (250g) first followed by just enough fats for over all health (50g). I fill the rest in with carbs which is usually around 240 carbs in the beginning. As weeks pass, I slowly lower carbs and ramp cardio up ( increase energy output) to keep the fat loss from stalling. I have never had to go below 170g carbs, ever, to get down to 10%BF. I feel faint on 170g carbs as is, can't imagine going lower. I don't know how people do it.

Your nutrition plan looks vague. What's your total calorie intake/macros?

I got good results off s4 but I used gw with it as well as aromasin. I got bad sick in the middle of cycle due to the flu but finished strong dropping about 2.5 %body fat. I didn't keto diet but did watch my carbs and ate more protein and it was awesome. I'm still in pct but I have kept the weight off and my muscle and strength

welcome to isarms brother... low carb diets are not sustainable at all and i really dont like them in any situation... the beauty of s4 is its ability to cut fat but build lean muscle and going low carb defeats that purpose, not to mention that you will never have the right amount of energy in the gym which clearly takes away from your gains... s4 is the strongest sarm you can run and i do not feel in any way that a low carb diet is conducive to it whatsoever
