Question about doing blood work to see if my gear is legit

I was running test E 578mg weekly from my previous source.
and my blood work showed me that my test was 3001

and

During Mid cycle, I changed my source to Ultima Pharmaceuticals from OS gear (one of the recommended sources from ISARMS)

At this time I was running Test E 630mg weekly. ( so 52mg higher )
after 2 weeks
my blood work showed that my test was 2700
So
its 300 lower.
Would you say my test being 300 lower despite of upping my test e by 52mg weekly indicates that My current gear is underdosed or fake ?
Or
Am I just over thinking ? 300 difference doesn't mean anything ?

the last thing I want to do is using fake or under/over dosed gears.

300 means nothing

the number fluctuates because the gear is entering your system slowly and leaving your system slowly. so you just happened to test at a time where more gear was leaving your system than going in

the gear is Good from both of your brands, if it was underdosed your numbers would be far lower

I can be OCD when it comes to bodybuilding haha and
I have used fake gears before since then i have became extra careful

perhaps I was overthinking. and i might even test my level like 4 more times to see how it fluctuates
