NPP question for a newbie to nandrolones

Hi guys.
This is my first post and I've got a question about NPP. But first some stats:
I'm a healthy and (relatively) fit 52 year old. I like to use steroids to improve my health and overall condition, rather than for competition or to get huge. I've been weight-training on and off for about 30 years. Am trying to achieve an aesthetic look/recomp but first need to lose some bodyfat which is at 15% at the moment. So am currently on Duratest (a test blend of P, C, D & E) 475 (1ml/week) and the GW-501516 (15mg per day). This is my third steroid cycle. The first two being with Test C and Test E.
Age: 52
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 170lbs
BF: 15%

So the question is:
I'd like to throw some NPP into the mix this time, but start at a very moderate dose of around 200mg a week to see how I react to nandrolones. As I may only do a cycle once a year I'm sure I'll feel something from this small amount. Later I can up the dose (or not, whatever the case may be) accordingly. Is it still advisable to dose my dostinex at 0.5mg e3d, or can I start lower? Is it advisable to bring my test down to around the same level as the NPP, or can this put my natural test levels at risk?
Thanks guys.

i would personally keep test closer to the npp dose... i a good starting dose would be 75 mg eod for npp and run test 275-300... you could probably run caber .25 mg e3d on that low of a dose as well... why are you running gw at 15 mg per day instead of 20?

Did you get your GW from SarmsX? Just want to be sure your covered with good quality.

Thanks for the quick response Dylan. I love your show btw. I'm running GW at 14 actually because the capsules are dosed at 7g each and it's recommended at no more than 2/day. Why am not buying from Sarmsx? Because I'm in the UK and shipping costs for just one bottle is not worth the trouble. I'd love to buy from samsx, believe me. And maybe I will when I see how my body works with them, as this is only my first time using them. But I'm on a pretty tight budget being Xmas, so I have to make do with the caps. The capsules are from a very reputable source so I'm pretty confident I won't be poisoning myself! But then again, you never know as I'm only a week into my cycle!!

The reason I asked is because that might not actually be GW. It's quite often faked in capsules.

Have you had your test level checked? Ever heard of TRT?

For some guys I'm sure they would see this as a TRT dose. But then again, I don't really pay attention to what others want to pump in their bodies. I'm on my own trip dude. You do what you want. Dylan gave me
all the info I needed.

I think what EZ E was saying, since you are older and only looking for health gains, you should be able to run TRT from a doctor. Given your age, you probably do have lower test levels. You would benefit from TRT to get your levels more inline with what your body was producing in your early 20's. This could be prescribed by a doctor and possibly partially covered under your insurance. I believe this is why he brought this up, and he wasn't trying to bash on your thread.

Interesting twist here to this thread. We're going into another topic now, but perhaps one that hasn't been discussed before.
The health system is kinda f*cked up here in the UK (and probably most European countries). You have those in the middle and upper class wage brackets who can afford private health insurance, and with this you could go to a doctor and probably get TRT. But unless it's absolutely vital to your current health, and not just a case of it being beneficial to your overall quality of life, you'll probably have to pay extra for it, on top of the already expensive monthly plan.
But then you have the rest of society, the working-class, who rely on our free health service (NHS - National Health Service), which includes the majority of the population. Even with this health plan, the treatment would be free, but the actual meds would need to be paid for by the patient. Unless you're unemployed or unable to work due to illness, in which case, it would all be for free. But all that is irrelevant anyway in the case of TRT, because if one were to go to an NHS doc complaining about low testosterone and that you think you're in need of some pharma grade testosterone for whatever reason, whether it be to improve your overall quality of life or simply because you miss getting boners in the morning, you'd more than likely be laughed out of his surgery. You'd be lucky to even get a prescription for Viagra. Perhaps this is a topic for a whole new thread, but anyway here it is now.

As for me, I wouldn't qualify even for viagra. I'm in great health for a man of my age. I don't need TRT, I just love juicing and bodybuilding in general. I just prefer to do it responsibly. Apologies for the long-winded answer, but perhaps there are some Brits out there that would like to add to or disagree with these statements. Please fee free.
And apologies to EZ-E too. I thought he was just busting my balls.
