Probably used the wrong terminology. Not nessisarly bulk. But i do want to pick up more muscle. To help me get off more weight. And I don't know my body fat % says that in the first post. I'm ever weight and dropping. I've lost almost 140lbs. Im just wondering if there is a better way to build and loose at the same time using. Hormone therapy.
 
Right now you need to concentrate on getting into the right condition. Dropping bodyfat needs to be your focus. A sarms stack is your best bet for that, along with the right diet and training.
