yes, your up in that 20% range so you definitely need to get your body fat down before any sort of steroid cycle is explored...

if your looking into surgery, the cost ranges from 2500-5000 depending on the doctor and if you use anesthesia or not... you don't need it and that cut costs tremendously... its less than an hour but it will put you out of the gym 2-3 weeks at the minimum
