Need Advice: Triple Stack - GW, MK, S-4, SR 9009- on 5th week

Hello,

I need some help with this. I just started my 5th week of triple Stack SARMS cycle. it seems to me- that since I started this cycle my energy has went down the drain big time! I can't put my finger on it. I been doing the same diet that i did in the past few years to reduce some fat but this time around i'm just exhausted.

I wake up around 6:30 am and by time i get to the gym ( 4pm) and start hitting the weights, 45 -50 mins later, I'm Okay... but its when i start my cardio session and i have no desire and can hardly finish.

I thought the sarms was going to increase my endurance but i'm having the opposite effect.

For example if i work out 6 days a week, 2 days I'm okay working out and doing full cardio session, 30-45 mins.

the other 4 days I can workout but just completely exhausted to even start or even finish small cardio session.

Results so far from this stack- i think i can have much better results from this stack if i solve this problem- I lost about 7 lbs, noticed some definition in my upper body. not sure if some of the 7lbs is water or fat loss? Goal is to get shredded as fuck.

Should i get my blood check? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

What exactly does your diet look like? One thing to keep in mind is that this sarms stack is going to do several things in your body. You will have a higher rate of nutrient uptake, your metabolism will be raised to a considerably higher level, and your body will be in a constant anabolic state from these compounds.

What that means is if you are in a caloric restricted state and/or carbs are restricted, you could be experiencing a loss of energy because your body is metabolizing everything at a much faster rate.....so your body may require a bit more intake.

We recently had this with another individual, and adding in just a bit more calories and carbs preworkout helped tremendously.

Always listen to,your body, and you may have to feed it just a bit more to keep putting fuel to the fire so to speak

may be time to switch up the workouts as well, do cardio first if your goal is to get shredded, then hit the weights. and like RR said you may have to intake a little more clean carbs and protein as well

Rick is right, I experienced it a bit at first....up your cals and carbs a bit and then reassess.. Also keep in mind to make time for REST!!

The first thing we all want to do is start going like crazy at the gym when we get a little liquid motivation.......;)

Hey Rick Rock
So my diet is high in protein and high in fats with very little carbs for about 5 days.

On 6th day I do high carb refeed day.

I have done this several times over the years and has worked for me and drop signifcant amt of weight and i really start to lean out and never had a problem until now!

but I never done sarms before.

Can you provide me more feedback on this. When I should eat the carbs etc?
It always seemed to me that my body never really reacts well with even moderate amount of carbs and I have much harder time dropping the weight, I hold more water.

when Im on high protein/high fat I feel great and noticeable change in body structure quickly.

I'm going to take a few days off of everything and go back the gym on Friday and rest up.
Yesterday, I went the gym and I had no energy and left after 30 minutes!

ya man sometimes its mental but you have to endure and embrace the suck and make yourself stay I have been there a couple of times over the past year or so as well. don't get discouraged taking a couple of days off may recharge your battery it has for me in the past

That's exactly why bro. You are taking in very little carbs for energy, yet putting your body in a highly anabolic state with a ramped up metabolism. What happens when you take a stock car and soup it up and modify the engine? You must also modify the fuel source ya know??

You can get away with that while training naturally, but on sarms or aas you are going to probably have a rough time I assure you.

You should probably have a meal with some simple carbs about an hour or so before training. Even something as simple as a serving of fruit can go a long way

well said as usual and i thoroughly agree... low carb for too long always ends up being problematic especially in an anabolic state... its draining mentally and physically and does not allow for an individual to perform anywhere near capability... its very unhealthy... ive been through this before as well and every day is a struggle... its not worth it whatsoever...

Thank you for your input.. I'm definitely going to take your advice.

Can you provide me some more examples of foods (carbs) and how much to eat?

What about post workout? Carbs afterwards?

I dont want to put much carbs in my body but not to low at the same time!

I'm sure that I will have to now, have to lower my fat intake!

I typically eat 2 big meals per day and I'm on intermittent fasting.
1st meal at 12 pm
2nd meal at post workout.

i get my carbs from veggies, fruits, oats, rice.. these are very clean sources for carbohydrate intake

post workout you want to take in your protein shake along with a piece of fruit... sugar is imperative after a workout... not dirty sugar and not a lot but a grapefruit or orange is very ideal...

What's your take on the comments above that someone suggested to your cardio 1st, before hitting the weights? I disagree with this statement.

My research has been that u always hit the weights 1st before doing any cardio.. loss muscle this way.

your research is very flawed... i ALWAYS do cardio first... why would you lift first, and then tear yourself down even more with cardio after when you need to be replenishing yourself right after hitting weights... i NEVER do cardio after lifting, NEVER...

Well it's not my research let me clarify that statement, I mispoke!

I know this is a topic and question that's been debated on what to do 1st, Cardio or weight training when you start working out?
I found a lot of info on the Web that supports this.

right and i told you exactly where it was wrong and my stance on it... you can find ANYTHING on the internet to support something one way or another and this particular topic will have a million different opinions... one thing to have credibility on this topic, you need to be one that implements cardio as a major part of your workout to know the effects... when you have this type of experience and have tried it every which way, you tend to learn body responses after its implemented as well as all the clients i have seen respond to these methods...

Intermittent fasting can be pretty effective. I had great success with it myself. However, I would add in another meal preworkout about an hour before. It doesn't have to be a large meal. Just a meal with some protein and simple carbs to help fuel your workout. What is the time span between that first meal and your post workout meal? Are you doing a 16/8 IF plan with an 8 hour feeding window?

Correct. I eat at 11:30 am/12pm. 1st meal.

Workout at 4 or 4:30 pm.

Go home take shower and eat my 2nd meal at 7pm.

What do you think, Rick Rock?
Should I eat some carbs after my workout?
If I'm working out at 4 or around 4:30 pm.

When should I have that 2nd- meal you described, at what time?

I would personally add in a smaller meal around the 3pm time frame, that consists of maybe 30-40g or protein and an equal number of carbs, preferably simple carbs to see how that treats you. You can adjust that accordingly to your needs but that's a good place to start.

Also how long after your workout is your post workout meal? I would eat that within an hour of leaving the gym

Fasting doesnt work for me at all. I gotta eat every few hours, even with good carb source and upping my sugars intake as Dylan suggested to me awhile back.

I'm dreading the 12 hours I cant eat for blood work in a week or so. Thats gonna be brutal...

It's not for everyone, but can be extremely effective for many. Different strokes for different folks

im the same exact way... i have fasted several times and i find myself just thinking about eating the entire time... i just eat small every few hours and stay on point all day for the most part... we all have our days where no matter what we eat we are still starving and some days where we just flat out forget to eat because we just got consumed with work or whatever we are doing and just were not hungry... consistency is key and finding what works for YOU individually...
