My SR and Caradine Log

So Ive been on SR and Caradine since 8/7/16. First ever cycle, I did as much research as I could and read the science and other peoples logs, and I was skeptical but if I can gain a 1% advantage why not.

I was using the seemingly the standard dose of 5mg every 3 hours up to 20mg and 10mg of Caradine before my training.

What Ive noticed more than anything is my heart rate has dropped when Im doing cardio by 10-15bpm. Its thrown me a little knowing how hard exactly I can now push myself. SO Im asking myself now, does that mean I can push harder now to get my hr higher. Will my muscles burn out quicker than my cardio now.

I cant see I have seen massive b/f loss or getting leaner. My diet has remained low carb, high protein. I rarely eat carbs. Im trying to lose 8 kilos. Im not sure how long it takes using sr/gw before you do see loss.

Ive just ordered my 2nd batch now and will continue to monitor my results and this log as I go.

If you are tracking cardio output, you should always go by speed, pace, watts, etc depending on the activity. Heart rate always lags behind the effort so is never the best way to judge. But, to answer your question, just go by how your body feels. If you can push harder go for it. I threw in SR starting the last week of my cycle and it further leaned me out fairly quickly. I'm in PCT and also taking GW but haven't noticed any dramatic cardio effects. What I did notice was that I can eat anything and still lose fat. Also, what is your workout program like. I hope you have a good mix of strength training in there as well in addition to the cardio as that combination is best for fat loss.

Update
My standard endurance was around 140bpm @250w. Now its 140bpm at 260-270w. A significant difference of 10-20w with the same perceived effort.

Im almost out and ordered my second cycle now. Im on a low cal and high protein diet and still haven't seen massive results. I have noticed that I have become a little leaner. I also do strength work at least twice a week which maybe having some effect.

On the odd occasion due to circumstance I have not taken my dosage as I should be, Im not sure how this would overall affect the cycle? If missing a day would make any difference?

Yes, they will drop your resting HR a fair amount and the endurance benefit will allow you to push harder than you ever have for cardio or any other type of training for that matter.

I'm confused on when you actually started and you may have mistyped the date because you said you have been on since 8/7/16 which hasn't even happened yet unless you mean 7/8/16. Tell me when you actually started the cycle

Everyone is a little different on what they get for fat loss from it. Where is your bodyfat currently at? It's also common for people to maintain about the same weight and still lean out on it so you can't go by the scale at all

Try not to miss any doses at all....but in the event you do miss a dose just continue as normal for the next dose

Im thinking maybe different country where date comes before month, either way that would be july 8th, so only 3 weeks in, seems your getting some results already, from everything i read here and the info i was given the 3-4 week mark is where most sarms start to shine, so its seems still early, as most cycles are listed for 3 months. I just started noticing lgd benefits and sides after the third week.

I just noticed that your dosing on these compounds is off, and that's likely why you are experiencing endurance benefits but not as much for fat loss. You need to be dosing these at the recommended dosages to get the full benefit. Here is how they need to be ran

1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)
